I was staying in hotel Realm only for one night on my way back to Sydney. I was really excited from that moment when I just arrived and until I checked out. All staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. I was surrounded with care and help. My room was fitted with everything necessary and even more. I double suit were with 2 TVs, big King size soft modern bad, 2 beautiful floor lamps, desk, armchair, coach, another big table. In kitchen was dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and all necessary cutlery and cups, plates, glasses. Bathroom was beautiful and fitted with everything what could ever be needed. Also I had big balcony with nice view with two chairs and little table. On the table was bottle of champagne and chocolate complimentary from hotel. I want to say thank you for all hotel staff who were assisting me with my stay in Canberra and especially I want to send my big thank you to Ajay Shrestha who helped with booking and assistance. Well done!

Booked a Realm room for a 2 night weekend away with my partner. We arrived to check in around 4pm and we were greeted by Tom on reception. During check in, Tom had to speak with housekeeping to see if our room was ready. None of the style of room we had booked were quite ready but without hesitation, Tom immediately upgraded us to an Executive Suite!! Talk about getting lucky! When we got to the room, we were blown away by the size, styling and cosiness of the suite. It was very clean and beautifully presented. Both mornings we had the buffet breakfast in the Louis restaurant which was great, only downside - it was a bit chilly as the doors to outside were open. Not a big deal though. The pool, spa and sauna etc were great and on-site carparking was easy with plenty of well appointed parking spaces. From check in to check out, the staff were pleasant, attentive and efficient. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Realm and will definitely be back. The service and hospitality were exceptional from the moment we arrived, with every staff member being friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained rooms and amenities. We also really appreciated the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Hotel Realm is very family-friendly and made travelling with children easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Canberra.

Ate at Louis Restaurant. Went specifically for the burger, which had good reviews. I love a good burger and they definitely know how to make one! The patty was soft and juicy. The grilled cheese, sauce and pickles perfectly balanced it. The bun was soft. The fries were crispy. My mate and I are amateur foodies and we walked away seriously impressed with the whole experience. Already booked in to go back. If you like a good burger this place has it for prices cheaper than most other joints. Highly recommended 👍🏼

We loved our stay at Hotel Realm! Room was clean, with a great layout. Atmosphere was very calming. I was quite surprised to find a washing machine in our room! Room service was great, and fairly quick. Staff were all super friendly. We did have an issue with one of the TVs in the room however maintenance was all over it and replaced the TV same day.
