We loved our stay at the Stamford Plaza Melbourne. We booked five rooms and were so happy that they managed to have us all on the same floor. The motel is perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Our rooms were lovely, we stayed 5 nights and were so happy with house keeping, It was lovely coming back to a nice clean room everyday. Breakfast was great and there was more than enough variety. Fabian the concierge was lovely and friendly and more than happy to help guide us in the right direction to city sites we wanted to see. All the staff were all lovely as well.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The young staff member in reception ‘PK’ was super friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and she greeted us by name and with a huge smile each time we walked through reception over that time. PK is a credit to this hotel. They are lucky to have her. We also found the staff in the breakfast area to be friendly and helpful. The room was a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. In all it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and transport but is very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Concierge, reception , Fnb , room service, breakfast buffet was all class..top notch. Love the room and amenities. All the staff has got a smile on their face and great hospitality overall. we highly recommend it. Surprised my wife for her birthday she loved it..The jetted bath tub was good.very comfy bed and pillow ,sleep was good. Can't fault anything. All the staff went the extra mile. Thank you. 5 stars 🤩

My partner and I love staying here. It's our 3rd visit. The staff are friendly. We love the spa with the glass ceiling. The location is perfect part of the city. The rooms are more spacious than most hotels. Extremely comfortable and affordable.

The place is located in the middle of the street and alley where need to see it closely before you could actually find it, furthermore thought was a 5 star hotel service will be great and wonderful but no the room are not sound proof all the commotion can hear through the rooms. The service was require to request for replenishment, trash to be taken out by ourselves. The picture look quite big for a family room yet is smaller than I thought.
