I love seeing a movie at the karingal cinemas, It's one of my top 5 places to visit, the staff are nice and I will try their best to work fast to deliver the food you ordered

We pre-purchased tickets and Candy Bar options and skipped the queue! Fast and efficient service at the counter and Fresh Hot Popcorn straight out of the Bin! The cinema complex is always well mainted and very clean. We saw Migration with our kids, the seats and the cinema we were in were all clean and very comfortable. It's also fantastic to see more dining options opening up outside the cinema complex!

The first time we attended gold class the service was very good and most of the food options were available. However recently over half the menu had been whited out and the drinks we ordered were either incorrect or quite unpleasant compared to the last time. Beware of choosing gold class in the future. The quality seems to vary. Definitely wise to sneak food into the cinema in case of these instances.

We enjoyed the movie but couldn't sit in our seats Cinema 5 tonight as it was not cleaned at all, popcorn and drink bottles were everywhere. The waiting area upstairs needs more seats and cleaner not rundown seats. Apart from that the service at the the counter was brilliant. Fresh popcorn and drinks too.

We visited this Village Cinemas complex on Wednesday and being mid-week, it wasn't busy at all and we had a great time. Watching the John Farnham: Finding the Voice movie over pop-corn in cinema number 7 was comfortable and most enjoyable. The theatre was clean and the staff very friendly. We'll definitely visit this theatre again.
