It is so sad to see how quiet this place has become. Usually just me and a couple more peoples, where it used to be so busy and pumping. Staffs are very friendly and attentive, they are keeping the Gold class furnitures clean and still have a modern look and feel to it.

Gold class 100% worth it! The staff so accommodating and the food is delicious I cannot stop thinking about those cheeseburger spring rolls! The little arcade was also a great place to hang out while waiting for the movie. The only downside I would say is trying to use the QR code in the cinema to order, it’s so dark your phone cannot register it. Myself and other people were have to turn phone lights on to try and get it to register and ended up just going to the staff outside the cinema to order. Who were fantastic! Recommend pre ordering everything instead of trying to order with QR in the dark. And whoever ordered that extremely stenchy (I’m assuming fish tacos) that had the majority of the people holding there fingers under there nose… haha please don’t be that person! 5/5 for the staff, the facilities, the atmosphere was a great experience!

Recently, I visited a candy bar in a village and encountered a disheartening experience with one of the staff members. Regrettably, this individual harbored strong prejudices against individuals of Asian descent and those from diverse backgrounds, including those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. During my visit, I ordered an ice cream flavor that I was uncertain about, only to be met with dismissive behavior from the staff member, who subsequently displayed rude conduct by throwing my order onto the table after payment. Despite reporting this incident to the manager, it is disconcerting to note that the staff member in question remains employed at the establishment. On a subsequent visit, I observed the same staff member engaging in discriminatory behavior towards another customer, making derogatory remarks about their appearance and gender. Despite once again bringing this behavior to the attention of management, it appears that no action has been taken to address this ongoing issue. As a paying customer, it is disappointing to witness such negative attitudes and behavior within an establishment that should prioritize creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons. It is my hope that the management team will take proactive measures to address these concerns and ensure that all customers feel valued and respected during their visits. Discriminatory behavior has no place in any establishment, and steps should be taken to prevent further instances of such behavior in the future. When I required to talk with the manager, this guy was being super snaky and fake to call the management office. If any of you see him next time, be careful.

This Cinema is badly decaying and neglected. The escalators have stopped working, the steep stairs or if you can find them the lift to take you up. The Gold Class Experience was quite dated with the food options not really appetising and expensive. You do best to sit in your own comfy lounge at home & have your favourite food hot, than to have food brought to you at the wrong time and having to send back in the dark because it's cold. No Experience at all. Expensive Excercise.

Lovely experience, the seats are super comfortable. Service is good, and the cocktails are lovely. The surround speakers sometimes sound like they are distorting, which is rather unpleasant in certain scenes. I've been a few times in the 3 cinemas they have, and it seems to be an issue in each one. Whether it's outdated speakers or outdated amplifiers, I can't tell, but it's mildly ear piercing. Everything else is wonderful. The food is nice. Drinks are wonderful. Overall, it was a nice experience.
