I had my 40th birthday at The Kilburn and it was amazing! The whole process was easy and the communication was fantastic. The space was perfect for what I needed and the staff on the night did an outstanding job.

The place is nice, the staff are great, but the cocktails are weak (can't taste the alcohol). The glasses (eg martini) are also very small, so you pay a decent amount for an espresso martini and you get a tiny cocktail with barely any alcohol. Not good value I'm afraid.

The Kilburn were lovely and easy to work with when I hosted my book launch at their venue with approx 70 people. They were able to set up the area specifically to meet the event requirements and had delicious cocktails on arrival.

Food took 1 hour to arrive to our table. After 40 minutes of waiting I went to the bar to check the progress on the dishes. The bartender then explained the kitchen never received the order. Upon telling me this there was no apology for the inconvenience nor was there any compensation for waiting this long. 50 minutes and the food finally arrived, still no compensation or follow up. Guys, do better. The customer service and lack of consideration is appalling! I don’t blame the issue at hand, I blame the lack of consideration and appalling customer service. As someone who works in hospitality I’m left incredibly disappointed.

The Kilburn is a must for all whisky lovers. Their collection of whiskys will absolutely blow you away. Awesome place for your palate to expand your whisky repertoire. In addition, they also do killer cocktails. Service was very helpful and friendly. I had a custom flight of whiskys (4 X 15mls) from my own selection. They were very flexible - I didn't have to stick to what was on the menu. What topped it off for me was that they even had droppers (to add water) for the whisky enthusiasts.
