I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views are absolutely stunning — whether you’re relaxing in your room or enjoying breakfast, the scenery is unforgettable. The entire property is spotless, with a real emphasis on cleanliness throughout. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a good variety to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and amazing views!

The breakfast in the morning is great. The team is super helpful and kind. I love waking up and being able to come down to the lobby and grab something to eat to get my day started. There’s always eggs bacon sausage and two other food options that seem to change daily. Then there’s yogurt and vegan options so that’s nice. Also coffee, water and a variety of juices. As well as a very calm and comforting environment.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel is very well located near the Southern Cross Station with a lot of good restaurants and cafe just walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is also free with all the booking which is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable with a good view and parking is just within the building ( $40/day).

The room space is large, great city views, mostly clean. Toilet amenities are available only upon request. Pillows are heavenly. The lobby and reception is at Level 2. The staff service is friendly, always up for a conversation, very helpful team members, cleanliness to lobby toilet is not always the best. Large spaces in lobby lounge for groups. Breakfast spread is standard buffet and sufficient but wouldn’t say it’s amazingly divine. Location is super convenient, near train station m, tram stop, and walkable to anywhere. Lots of cafés around. For this price point, I’m satisfied and would return.

Great location. Spacious room. Includes breakfast and our offer includes parking. Little gym that is great for morning workout before hitting work or city shops. Only minus is due to the long weekend, breakfast time is very crowded. Had to wait around to get a table. Also for eggs- other than scrambled, cannot get poached or hard boiled. Love eggs but not scrambled.
