We stayed two nights here to attend our son’s wedding nearby. We really want to thank Nicole and Jasmine who went above and beyond for us - helping is sort out some tricky logistical issues. A beautiful spot - perfect for our needs.

After a slight stumble on check in, the team at Macedon Ranges H&S were fantastic. In particular, Campbell, who went out of his way to assist us when our reservation hadn’t been received properly and sorted us out with a super comfy room. I recently stayed here and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming; the staff member at the desk didn’t even look up to greet me, leaving me waiting awkwardly. The room itself was concerning – there were bugs EVERYWHERE and my baby’s cot on the floor only added to my worries. We were told we get 1gb internet per day which didn’t work. The internet on tv does not work. When asked for help, the staff member has no idea and asks us to refer back to a paper left on the desk in the room. There were spider webs all around the room. The pool was unusable due to its green, murky color, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Rusty showerheads, outdated and broken furniture, and even sharp metal pieces sticking out from the coffee table (which injured my toddler) all added to the poor condition of this property. Additionally, we were not informed during booking that the restaurant was under renovation, leaving us without dining options. Overall, this stay was highly disappointing. I would not recommend anyone staying here and certainly won’t be returning.

Stunning location with stunning views and the spa was absolutely magnificent! The only downside is that our room had a couple of cobwebs accompanied by small spiders as well as a half empty coffee cup on the table. I certainly did appreciate the contact-free check in as it made my journey from Canberra much less stressful. Would certainly recommend a stay here!

Stayed here a few times and have always loved the spacious rooms however had issues with the heating last time we stayed but Cambell, who works there, went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even upgrading our room when the heating couldn't be fixed and we couldn't be happier with his service. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and really turned a negative beginning into a positive ending. Thank you again Cambell
