Firstly our room was beautiful with just the most spectacular view, the staff at reception were also wonderful extremely obliging and courteous. No 35 restaurant - well we had the most amazing dinner and the breakfast was incredible. I would also like to mention that the staff in all areas of the hotel were again wonderful. We just cannot wait to stay here again - thank you Sofitel!

I had a lovely time here at the Sunday breakfast buffet! The view was amazing and there was a very wide selection of yummy dishes. The service was particularly exceptional and all staff who served us were friendly and made us feel so welcome.

I had a fantastic Sunday breakfast experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming, with a lovely man and woman at the front desk who made us feel right at home. The selection of food was impressive, offering something for everyone. Overall, it was a delightful start to the day! Highly recommend.

Good Location, was staying there because the conference was held at the same place The room smells stale, the air circulation is lacking. water pressure from shower is weak my tv did not work for a day. I have to report it 3 times before it was fixed. I found the remote on the floor after the room was made in the morning The gym while small is relatively well equipped

We stayed for our wedding weekend and loved the experience. Beautifully appointed room and amenities, calming atmosphere, great food, excellent service, and gorgeous view to the north of the building. Collins place is also a lovely spot with the cinema etc just downstairs. Could not fault our stay in any way.
