What a fabulous place. The minute we checked in, we were greeted by Christine, with a gorgeous smile and welcoming greeting. Informed us of everything we needed, check in was delightful, and we noticed each guest received the welcoming greeting from Christine. Our room was lovely, clean, had everything we needed with the extra bonus of having a lovely view. You need to stay here to receive all the added extras you receive to make your stay memorable. Also a lovely room attended came for a room fold down and replenishment. The whole place from lobby, passage way to room, bar, restaurant, has a wonderful atmosphere. Treat yourself here for a memorable time.

From the moment we stepped out of the Uber when we arrived until the time we got back into the Taxi to go home, we were so impressed with the incredible service and friendly help of all of the staff. Absolute perfection. The incredible staff took our bags and helped us check in and took us all the way to our room. Your help was so appreciated as I had just broken my arm that week. Thank you so much. The room service was great. The Executive lounge had a wonderful breakfast. We can't wait till we come back in a couple of weeks to celebrate our 25 Wedding Anniversary. Highly recommend. The views were amazing!!

Popped into this hotel to go to atrium on level 35. This hotel is very fancy and has over 40 levels! We were so amazed by the bathroom which has a lovely view of the city. I can imagine the view from the rooms is the same! Keen to stay here one day.

We had a few days in Melbourne for work and pleasure and chose the Sofitel on Collins. We arrived at about 11am and were able to check in early which was lovely. We had a quick lunch in No 35 before heading off to some appointments. During the stay I had a very painful knee which I use ice packs on to reduce pain and inflammation. The in room dining staff changed over my ice pack with one they kept in the freezer every few hours during our 3 night stay for which I am very appreciative. The room was lovely with everything you need. The bed in particular was very comfortable and luxurious.
