Our recent stay at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins was unforgettable! We stayed in a beautiful corner room with breathtaking views—easily the best room we’ve ever stayed in during any of our Melbourne visits. Early check-in was a breeze, and while we waited for our room, the team invited us to enjoy afternoon high tea in the lounge, which was such a lovely gesture. The lounge itself is exceptional, with panoramic views over the city and attentive staff who consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Customer service at its finest. The property is stunning and every interaction with the Sofitel staff was marked by warmth and genuine hospitality. From start to finish, our anniversary stay at Sofitel exceeded all expectations. This will be our go-to hotel for any future milestone celebrations in Melbourne. Highly recommended!

Arrived too early for my room but was allowed to work in the bar until the lounge was available at noon. Staff were very helpful giving me a shower room to freshen up and get changed for business meetings. Returned much later and room was ready, upgraded to a suite. The pillows I wanted were provided, and I enjoyed the canapes in the lounge. Overall the room was wonderful, breakfast has improved since last time, with more interesting choices, and staff service has been excellent. Room service arrived quickly and was warm and tasty. Check out efficient and service in the lounge very friendly.

Had a quick staycation to use up an AccorPlus free night. Upgraded to a junior suite on check-in. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Suite was spacious with a sofa bed made up for my son. Fantastic views across the city and out to the bay. Suite was well appointed with a Nespresso machine and large TV.

Our mini honeymoon was perfect from the warm welcome and congratulatory card & champagne in our suite on arrival to our final breakfast. The Club lounge staff are exemplary, professional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. The facilities are beautiful, stunning views and the most comfortable beds ever.
