The room have seen better days, it's showing its age. The beds are also on there last legs really need new mattress. Very basic kettle, limited tea option. The toilet had a flushing issue had to fiddle with it to make it stop flushing. A great location close to everything. Can walk to many restaurants etc. Haven't had breakfast yet, hope that's going to improve my disposition but it's wait and taste. The pool was not attractive. Could not find the supposed gym. Did read that the spa was also not working.

Great hotel. My home away from home when in Geelong. All staff at Reception are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bedding is oh so comfortable. The buffet breakfast has everything you need to start the day. The restaurant staff (special mention to Junie and Chevy) are always so welcoming and friendly. I'll be back again soon and ordering the fillet steak. It is divine.

Really enjoyed a recent stay. Rooms were clean and well presented, although a bit dated. Buffet breakfast covered all the essentials and was tasty - the omelette, although extra, was worth the money, and waffles were a hit with the kids. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to central Geelong which is great for a stroll.

Not worth the price you pay. The appliances were breaking or broken, the rooms are incredibly dated and dirty. The beds were fairly comfortable but overall the rooms were as basic as they come. I wouldn’t call this a four star hotel, maybe in the 80s. For the price you oat here, if I had to book again, I would go elsewhere.

Average at best. Very old rooms that need a lot of TLC. Staff seemed dismissive at every.interaction from.check in to dining. The pool area was basic. Carpark, which we paid for was a first in best dressed open lot. Buffet breakfast options are limited. Went to the bar for a few drinks and found the barman not able (or just didn't want to) make cocktails. Happy to serve us a can of drink. Really disappointing stay and wont be back.
