Simply amazing! It is a high quality hotel. They were already waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The room was a 10, the service was spectacular and the location was also right in the center. The high-quality buffet breakfast greatly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. They met our expectations above expectations and we would surely choose them again if we returned. We have nothing negative to say about this site, only positive. Thank you for making our honeymoon so much better.

Beautiful, quiet room in a beautiful old building. Breakfast was awesome. Had no parking and the pool was a bit cold. Our room was at the very end of the hallway so was a maze to find and hard to get to. But would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed this in the setting of a business/meeting trip. Large bar area downstairs that facilitated catching up with colleagues. Also gym had quite a bit of equipment (Concept2 rower, 2 stepper/elliptical one stationary bike, and a few treadmills). Usually the selection of machines is super scanty. Pool looked nice but I didn't swim. Noise however can carry from the central bar/atrium as the rooms overlook this area. Central location.

World Class. Had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Melbourne recently, and would rate it as easily the best hotel stay I've ever experienced. From check-in to check-out, all of the staff could not have been more friendly, polite and every person we encountered went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Every single interaction was friendly, warm and clearly focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The building is stunning, and our room was wonderful. Hotel location is fantastic - centrally located and with a tram stop a 30 second walk from the front doors. Will absolutely be back.

Celebrate Christmas here after COVID, very impressive that they have multiple lounge area in this hotel which allows family couples friends to hang out. Not many hotel nowadays still have these functions for their guests. And food was great, environment and style is so nice and welcoming. Good location, has tram to go city in front of the hotel. The swimming pool a bit smaller than what on the website but in all was fantastic experience and stay in here. Highly recommended.👍
