We were staying for 3 nights at king room with river view and everything was just perfect. Staff were so nice, sauna and steam room always empty, everything is super clean, breakfast is insanely good. We loved everything even room service, all the food was such a good quality and exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and even more. Staff is attentive and very friendly. One thing though, TV wasn’t connecting to screen share, and when we called to reception for help, no one ended up coming. Still had a good time though and will definitely choose Hyatt for our next Melbourne trip. Lovely!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food and beverages served were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. The presentation, quality, and service were all top-notch. Our room was impeccable, with every amenity and comfort we needed. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff behavior - friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Beautiful room with amazing and luxurious complimentary items. High end toiletries and linens. The bed was so comfortable and the room very quiet. The curtains kept the room dark during the day so we could sleep in. Shower was lovely. Service second to none. We loved our 2 night stay from check in to check out. We can't fault a single thing.

The location is central to transit options and is walkable to Fitzroy, Yarra river, and botanical gardens to name a few. The hotel itself is really old and the lobby had a strong rustic perfume scent throughout my stay. The fitness center was fully equipped but yes just old.
