Reviews for Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne

For the price paid the room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, bathroom was clean and decent. Staff at check in and out were polite and easy to work with. Late check out was granted and parking explained. The parking garage was not user friendly however. If you have a large vehicle stay away and park somewhere else.

We were too cheap to book a balcony room, however that would have been a lot nicer. The non-balconies look straight out onto next door windows and have a cave-like ambience; not helped by lighting that doesn't extend to the wardrobe (bit of a challenge when most of your clothes are black). BUT - on the plus side it was well-priced, HUGE for 2 people, good bathroom, and reasonably well appointed everywhere else if you're eating out. Overall the Adina was a great choice for mooching around central Melbourne, GREAT location near the action in Little Bourke (nice and quiet despite that), comfy beds and friendly staff. Big shout out to Adrian for the warm welcome when I arrived at midnight, that was really nice.

Apartments are very spacious and staff are friendly and willing to help. Great location, close to great restaurants and easy to get on trams. Only down side is the air-conditioning did not work and the room was very warm. Staff acknowledged Air con was not working and they gave us a pedestal fan ( obviously this happens regularly as they had the fans ready to go) which did not help as the room had heated up over the day. We shifted to another room and was reassured that the Air con in this room was working, which it wasn't. This room was just as warm. We weren't the only ones having trouble with the temperature of rooms. As I was asking at the front desk about temperature they received a call from another guest stating their AC was not working. It was as shame this happened as everything else at the apartments was excellent and the staff tried the best the could.

We stayed at the Adina for a family trip with our toddler in a one bedroom corner apartment. The hotel is in a central location, within walking distance to major attractions and great restaurants on Hardware Lane. It is also very close to tram and bus stops. The service was excellent and the staff removed the glass coffee table at our request, as our toddler was climbing on it. The hotel even provided us with a portacot for our toddler at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was very handy for our breakfasts which we bought from nearby locations. The only negative is that the shower pressure was weak.

Overall a good stay - location is hard to beat located at Queen St and just within walking distance to the CBD and shopping district. QV, Brooke St etc are all accessible. Rooms are quiet and large. Room temperature is just right. Shower works well with running warm water. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, microwave, kettle and fridge. Service is acceptable in general. Parking is on the pricier side at AUD25 per day with unlimited entry and exit, but do drive with care as its steep and narrow. Will recommend this place to stay for first timers to Melbourne especially with large families.
