My recent stay at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring everything was up to the highest standard. The concierge team were welcoming and went out of their way to assist, embodying the true essence of hospitality that many hotels seem to have lost. The check-in process was seamless, and my room was simply stunning—spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and plenty of room to work if needed. The on-site facilities were outstanding. The pool was large enough for laps, and the spa, sauna, steam rooms, and well-equipped gym were fantastic. The ballroom was grand and elegant, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with a great variety of delicious options. The only drawback was the breakfast and dining area. Many seating areas were only accessible by stairs, and there were limited tables available for those who couldn’t manage stairs. As someone with an injury, I found it disappointing that staff didn’t prioritise seating for guests with mobility challenges. Overall, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in to date. Despite the minor accessibility issue, the Park Hyatt excels in delivering world-class hospitality and comfort. I would highly recommend it.

The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. The hotel features a fantastic heated pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Additionally, its location is a highlight, perfectly situated in a peaceful area opposite the Parliament, yet still close to the city's attractions. From its elegant ambiance to its impeccable service, this hotel is truly top-notch. Highly recommended!

Excellent room and service! The room was fabulous - spacious and luxurious, great sofas. Restroom: big-sized bathtub with jacuzzi function, brightly lit with two vanities and sinks. The downside of the room is that it is too dark to read any physical books and the bed may be too soft for some (like me, so I didn’t actually enjoy my nights). It is also just out of the “main city rectangle” so a little walk is required to get into the free tram zone. The gym is well-equipped and has an iced-cold water dispenser which was really nice! The swimming pool is big and clean. I tried going for the spa/massage sessions but they were fully booked for the next few days and they stop operations at 6pm. I did not get a chance to try the in-house restaurants in person, but I had room service twice and both times were wonderful! Overall 5⭐️ even after factoring the negatives, objectively. Excellent hotel!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything and even more than one would expect from a Park Hyatt. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and built out of hight quality material. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and discrete at the same time. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved all the fresh products. Location is great as well. Easy walk into the shopping areas and also not too far from Fitzroy. A great suburb in Melbourne.
