Great hotel at the centre of Melbourne, close to all the great restaurants, wine bars and whisky hotspots. Brisk walk to the casino if that is your thing. Fantastic rooftop bar. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Will come again.

More style over substance Room was dirty on arrival and staff lethargic about rectifying. Overall service was poor with a 'not really interested' vibe. I shared my experiences with QT who said they'd get back with a response. That didn't happen so I'm sharing this feedback. Given our experience we wouldn't choose to stay at a QT again

Nice decor and facilities. Definitely not worth the money however if it's 5 star. Couldn't cast to the TV, view was a brick wall, could hear a lot of noise coming from the outside hallway. Everything had to be done through the TV (e.g. look at the room service menu).

As always a stay at QT Melbourne makes my business trips more than special. Has a great location and brilliant rooms that are well maintained. Pascale restaurant is great for both breakfast, dinner and room service. I love the unique decor with the extra touches and staff are consistently friendly and helpful. My teenage children joined me for the weekend and they loved it also. Thank you

One of these hip hotels but unlike many of the others the QT actually manages to pull it off. Excellent breakfast and the service was quick and good even though they were very busy. The bed was very comfortable and they even had very good pillows. The bed headrest was soft making reading in bed more pleasurable. The room was very quiet even though I was looking out on the main street of Melbourne CBD.
