All the joy of staying at a hotel has been sucked from the experience. Ordered a coffee to the room and they wanted a $5 delivery fee , what planet are they living on where it costs $5 for room service …. For a coffee … Customer service was lacking in usual places. Long wait times for help and got charged for other people’s drinks on check out. For the price you pay, better off going to some where more traditional and less pricey

This our third and last time here. The new high rise across the road means no more early morning sun in the hotel rooms. Interior is starting to feel dated. On this visit I reported a broken shower tap in our room. Dangerously hot or freezing cold were the two options. Thankfully, we had a warm weekend, so dipping into cold showers was tolerable. We were told it’d be seen to the following morning which it never did. I reported it a second time and that message was never passed on. Then again at checkout. Absolutely no compensation besides a verbal apology which for $400 a night is rubbish. I would’ve been happy with them removing the mini bar fee or some small gesture. It was fun QT. 👋

This place was amazing to stay in. From the crisp bed sheets and clean rooms to the funky but trendy decor throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff were impeccable and made me and partner feel very welcome. Great location, only walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

What an absolute spectacular Hotel, my partner and I came for the weekend and loved every moment of QT Melbourne. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast menu has a variety and the staff were so helpful! Sergio from concierge went above and beyond to plan our Sunday trip in the city with us. Great food, great location and impeccable service. Thank you and see you soon!!!

Such beautifully designed room, really comfortable and extremely spacious! Prime location with lots of food around. We received free Christmas treats which is definitely a plus :) another BIG PLUS is that the room was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer (and attachments), helping me to feel a little like home since i did not bring mine
