Great service and fantastic rooms! The staff here are very professional and welcoming. The door staff were attentive and helpful, and the front desk team were amazing. In particular, Mohammad went out of his way to make sure we were set up with everything we needed during our stay. I’d encourage anyone visiting Melbourne to stay here!

The air conditioning did not work for the two nights that I stayed there. The only solution offered es a tiny fan/heater. I was unable to get a decent sleep during my stay. Checked with other guests and they had the same issues with air conditioning. The rooms are adequate but have not been updated for a decade by my estimate. On checking out the staff did not provide and explanation or apology for the failure of air conditioning BUT they did ask if I had left the miserable fan/heater in the room. Miserable stay. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The pros, cons, and must knows! PRO: Stunning hotel, it’s a beautiful building outside and in! Accessibility for elderly, pregnant, wheelchair, or any individual who would need help accessing the hotel with automatic doors. Super friendly staff throughout venue, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Indoor pool, sauna, and gym. My personal favourite - Super big and comfy beds with soft dreamy pillows! Plenty of in room amenities, drinks, snacks. Our room had a mini office next to the bed which was helpful especially for anyone here for business. Cons: we honestly didn’t have any cons here, we would be pulling at straws. We didn’t have breakfast here as we weren’t a fan of the menu and on the weekends the region where the hotel is SUPER quiet (especially when no events are on nearby) so we struggled to find a good cafe. We did end up finding one a short walk or bike/scooter away. Must knows: if you have any special requirements just call the hotel ahead and I’m sure the staff would be happy to assist.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, it was the venue for a work conference. Food and space were excellent, staff were professional, helpful and polite. Beautiful open area with plenty of room to break into groups or take a breather. Thoroughly enjoyed myself catching up with colleagues and friends.

The hotel is quite nice. It has a soul. Very cool design and atmosphere. The swimming pool and sauna are top notch - highly recommend to visit it. The buffet in the morning is tasty and has lots of stuff to try. The staff is welcoming, and helpful.
