5 stars. Outstanding. Stayed for 9 nights during the Australian Open. Fantastic location. Excellent customer service which included multiple changes in check in and check out dates. Room was clean, well finished and in great condition. Really nice room design and layout. Really comfortable climate control, excellent bedding & towels. Really appreciate the included bottled water & coffee. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Experience at Hyatt Hotel Melbourne! I recently had the pleasure of attending my partner's graduation ceremony at the Hyatt Hotel Melbourne, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food and beverages served were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. The presentation, quality, and service were all top-notch. Our room was impeccable, with every amenity and comfort we needed. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff behavior - friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hyatt Hotel Melbourne to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience. 5 stars isn't enough - it deserves a 10/10!

We were staying for 3 nights at king room with river view and everything was just perfect. Staff were so nice, sauna and steam room always empty, everything is super clean, breakfast is insanely good. We loved everything even room service, all the food was such a good quality and exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and even more. Staff is attentive and very friendly. One thing though, TV wasn’t connecting to screen share, and when we called to reception for help, no one ended up coming. Still had a good time though and will definitely choose Hyatt for our next Melbourne trip. Lovely!

Overall a decent stay at the hotel. The amenities were good, and the location was convenient, but I experienced some noise disturbances and the service could have been more attentive. It was an enjoyable experience, but there's room for improvement.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt twice in 2024, both times it was wonderful. On NYE we were able to check-in early, and were provided a fabulous room with great views. The breakfast was phenomenal on both visits, with prompt and professional service and a vast range of delicious food options. We will likely come back for another stay in the future.
