So far, this has been the best hotel I've stayed at in Australia, and I've traveled extensively recently. What made our one-day stay special was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff. I want to extend my gratitude to the hotel manager and the reception staff for their outstanding assistance. Moreover, I was impressed by the concept of art throughout the hotel and the meticulous attention to detail in room interior design. It truly enhanced the overall experience. I am already looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. The location is superb as well, adding to its appeal.

Very cool renovated hotel near Southern Cross Station and Melbourne Convention Centre. It is like a cross between a hotel and art gallery. The room had a very relaxing and cool vibe. Nice and clean room with all the extra amenities there. The hallways had a very "Shining" vibe. Fun hotel to stay in and there are some very cool restaurants near by
Juliana Q (Lothlorien)
A trendy boutique hotel capturing the essence of urban chic, aligning perfectly with the Indigo series. The plush teddy bathrobes are incredibly comfortable. While the rooms aren't overly spacious, my favorite aspect is the shower drain part in the bathroom. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, especially the young Asian lady. Conveniently located near the Southern Cross train station, making it easy to get anywhere. Need I say more?

Greeted warmly and efficiently by Andy and Shawna who instantly made us feel welcomed and relaxed after a long day on the road. The room well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The excellent service continued at breakfast which also had a great variety to chose from.

I didn’t knows where the hotel was when I booked it and was very happy with the location. Just out of the “touristy “ part of town but so convenient to everything. The staff were all amazing.
