Lovely, clean comfortable room. Had all the kitchen facilities and full size fridge. Very accomodating staff at resort and wonderful fun and happy staff at bar restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool and spa area, very clean. Nice outdoor area to enjoy a cocktail before dinner. Dinner menu was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed scallops, calamari and chicken. High end quality food. Wait staff were so professional and efficient. Highly recommend this resort.

Liked · 020325 The service and staff Aleisha, Kerry, Andrew these people gave exceptional service and assistance well beyond any experience we have had in so many years of traveling. Nothing was to much of a issue to help us enjoy our stay. Without them our stay could have been a disaster. Dates I had booked initially were wrong on my part. Just the biggest of thanks to these people in making our 3 day stay the most perfect we can remember. See you all again soon ❤️❤️❤️

Location, ambience, facilities...it has it all. Beautiful grounds, close to everything, well equipt rooms. What you need for simple food prep and awesome showers. Pool was big and clean. Plenty of places to meet and relax. If you have mobility issue or need to unpack a lot from your car, book direct to ensure you can get a room near the car parking areas. Pillows were not for me, soft and doughy.

This resort has great potential however it is let down by a few things. Its advertised as a 4.5 star accommodation when booking through their website. Which you immediately would have higher expectations. Upon arrival the place looks great lots of greenery like you have stepped into a Tropical paradise and great reception interior design, staff is also great and helpful. Indoor Pool is also a nice environment, only 2 things to note is the pool had a-lot of sand on the bottom And continued throughout the spa and kids pool. Second, The ceiling of the pool area had severe water damage paint was bubbling and peeling wasnt a great look for how tidy the rest of the area was. There is a tennis court which was well kept and the trampoline area which was also great for the kids! Unfortunately the outdoor bar was closed which is a shame especially this time of the year as the weather permits where it would be great to have some drinks/bbq outside on the decking while the kids could use the trampolines and this would be expected to be available to the guests at a 4.5 star rated resort as being advertised on their website. We Had a look at both the 2 bedroom waterfront apartment and 2 bedroom suites options. We opted for the 2 bedroom suite. Upon arriving to the room it look very great from the outside like a tropical villa however very tired on the inside. Floors were scratched up and worn, dirt/smudge marks on the doors, some crumbs on the floor which the vacuum may have missed or pushed around. Marks on the walls, dust and crumbs in the kitchen and cupboards that were missed when cleaning. Some lights /lamps worked and some didnt. I believe if your advertising as a 4.5 star rated resort and your advertising on your website all the facilities to your guests regardless of what days we should have access to them all. And cleanliness and presentation of the overall resort inside rooms and outside should be a priority. As these are major factors when choosing accommodation in Anglesea and note there are so many options of accommodations within a 15-20 minute drive and this place is in such a prime location in the heart of torquay but does not mirror exactly as per website. The room presented itself of more like a 3 star hotel and the exterior of the resort 4 star it could have been better if the outdoor bar was open There was plenty of guests there as the car parks were almost full for a Wednesday night. Overall i give the overall experience a disappointing 3 stars. This is definitely not even close to a 4.5 star hotel/resort. Most likely First and last time here..

Stayed overnight from Adelaide. The owner was so accommodating and really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We arrived late, resort was easy to find, room was comfortable, modern with all the facilities we needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.
