One of the best Australian gin ever. Their service is great & very attentive. Love their story telling about their gin names & place that they brew it. Beside brewing gin, they also distilling whiskey. Smooth & not spicy & i can say is pretty amazing for such a young brew master to craft such a good whiskey. Worth visit this Melbourne CBD outlet.

What a special place!!! Amongst skyscrapers is an old cottage full of charm, old-world vibes and a dedication to artistry. The gins are amazing! And the whiskey is wow! Like jazz hands in my mouth!

I came here with a friend who recommended going to the masterclass & so glad we went! Great tasting gin, a tasteful food platter, interesting history, a cozy little lay out and the cocktails that cater to all tastes. Big shout out to the staff on the 06/07, it made the space just all the more interesting. Will be picking up a bottle (or 2) and coming back for some more cocktails in the near future!

Little Lon is a distillery in the once red light district of Melbourne , and the last remaining single storey dwelling to survive in the area . It has an old world ambience and a sense of history that you won’t find anyway else, tucked at the back end of Little Lonsdale Street down a cobblestone walkway . The lighting is minimal- think lighted lamps and high wooden bar stools , and although you can sit outside in a more open spaced area , I preferred the dimly lit cosy space inside . They have several gins on offer and I tried a flight with the Proudfoot , Ginger Mick and Miss Yoko - apparently Miss Yoko is the favourite , with its lychee notes , but being fond of citrus forward Gins , I preferred the Ginger Mick with its ginger taste . I also tasted the rhubarb and violette liqueur , which was a mixture of sweet and botanical and had a lovely violet hue . There is also a few snacks on offer while sipping , so I ordered the buffalo wings with the blue cheese dressing , they were done well and I couldn’t help covertly licking my fingers . The staff were friendly and happy to talk , and explain the gins , and the atmosphere is relaxed and homely . I could have quite happily sat there for longer , but unfortunately had a prior appointment so sadly had to leave . This is an overdone phrase , but it is a hidden gem and definitely worth the walk down the narrow streets .

Little Lon Distilling Co.’s gin masterclass exceeded all expectations! The host was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience fun. The cocktails were amazing, especially the Rhubarb Martini—absolutely delicious. A fantastic Melbourne experience I’d highly recommend!
