Great bar for a sunny afternoon. When we arrived we thought we were in luck becauee there was barely anyone outside in the lawn area... But it was just that most of the tables outside were reserved and people were yet to arrive so we had to sit inside. Would be great if the outdoor set up had some umbrellas with standing room just to help people be out there on a nice day. Overall, good venue and thankful for the Gluten Free Hahn Super Dry beer, can't get that anywhere!

We had a fantastic Christmas lunch at the College Lawn Hotel. The food was delicious, with all the classic Christmas dishes cooked to perfection—tender turkey, ham, and mouth-watering sides. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. It was a great choice for families, with plenty of space and a relaxed vibe that made it easy for both kids and parents to enjoy. The festive touches and friendly staff added to the overall experience. A truly memorable meal, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to celebrate Christmas in a special way.

Excellent pub with fast and efficient service. The food was excellent too. The best in the area and our regular go to. The beer garden is large and roomy with a wonderful vibe. Doggies welcome in the beer garden a definite plus. Highly recommended.

I always enjoy a refreshing beer in their spacious outdoor area, they have a really good selection. The atmosphere s pleasant with chilling music although sports in the background TVs, and staff is quick with orders even when is quite crowded by ordering through the tables app. They offer pub food style which I can’t really complain of, and there is an internal smoking area too. They can host little to medium events in a separated areas over the holidays. Recommended for groups!

Great pub, great food and even better pints. Shout out to Joe behind the bar, he was very welcoming and spared the time to have a chat whilst obviously busy serving other customers. Always a bonus when the staff are on point and know about the beer line up they are selling. I think the college will be my new local.
