I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a pleasant experience. The hotel excelled in providing: - *Immaculately clean rooms*: Housekeeping did an exceptional job maintaining hygiene and tidiness. - *Prime location*: The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. - *Easy accessibility*: The hotel's proximity to public transport and amenities was a significant plus. However, there was room for improvement: - *Limited breakfast options*: While the complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture, the menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, leading to monotony. More variety would be appreciated, especially for long-staying guests. Overall, is a great choice for those seeking a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay. With a few tweaks to their breakfast offerings, it could truly excel for people who wish to stay for longer duration

Holiday Inn Express offers a pleasant stay with several highlights. The front desk service is excellent and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. My room was clean and boasted a nice city view, which added to the overall experience. One downside was the air conditioning. It wasn't user-friendly, and I found it difficult to turn the heater on during a particularly cold spell. A manual guide for the air conditioning would be a helpful addition. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast with a nice variety of options, which is a great perk. Its location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

Well appointed room, has bedside lamps, coffee & tea making facilities, table & chair with ottomans. The blockout, channeled blinds & the drapes turned bright daylight to night. The unusual glass walled bathroom was stunning, everything so well designed. The housekeeping staff were so friendly & kept our room so neat everyday. The buffet breakfast on floor 2, was a great way to start our day. Vehicle parking was roomy & easy. The colour & choice of furnishing of the whole building is a great example of contemporary architecture, we were very impressed. Very close to Southern Cross station, outlets & free city trams, great location!

Don't stay at this hotel during winter if you are someone who gets cold easily! The hotel room does not have a proper heating system in the air conditioner. If you ask the staff, they will tell you to set it to 25°C and wait for about an hour. Come on! Before I turned on the air conditioner, it was 21.5°C, but afterward, it dropped to 19°C. How is that a heater? No hot air was coming out of the air conditioner at all; it was just normal cool air. I've stayed at many hotels in Australia and New Zealand where the air conditioners have hot air. I don't know why they don't have it here, and the staff just tell me it's normal, so I have no choice.

Went for my anniversary. They upgraded our room to the higher floor and got free later checkout. Breakfast was great. Room had such a great view. It was lovely. The staff were great. Definitely will stay here again.
