Our overall experience was good. However, our room could be in a better condition. Our shower was covered in pink mould, the bathroom rail was damaged and some of our wall ports were missing covers. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the staff were helpful.

A delightful place, perfect for the mid-winter getaway we just had. The balcony room we had was well appointed, quiet, had a lovely view back over the gardens to the hills beyond and was - very importantly at this time of year - warm. Loved the open fires and club style furniture in the lobby and will have to come back on an evening when the bar is open. Hepburn is an excellent alternative to Daylesford, much quieter and more relaxing.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place for the second time. The staff at reception Jessica was so wonderful and accommodating and made the whole booking process easy and quick. From the reception we had the lovely company of Olie showing us the best places to take photos all around the place. The restaurant staff and again Olie looked after us until we couldn't move from the delicious dinner. We can't thank enough for the management and the staff for looking after us so well and the bar staff on Friday night for good scotch and cocktail recommendations.Thank you Olie and the Wonder staff at Hotel B for making our stay a pleasant stay. We will be back soon.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere and decor was so inviting and cosy. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The grounds are lovely to walk around. We stayed in a loft room and it was very comfortable. I took a star off my review for the following reasons: - The pool was lovely but not heated, so quite cold even on a hot day it would have been nice to be a bit warmer. - The plumbing is very noisy. When showering there was a constant squealing sound. Also heard it coming through the walls from another room. Our dinner and lunch at The Virgin Kitchen were outstanding. The waiters were friendly, chatty and attentive throughout the evening.

Spoke to several staff members on the phone over several different days about booking a gift voucher. One female staff member was unhelpful and disinterested, directing me instead to the website. One male staff member who I spoke to on two occasions was not just unhelpful but condescending, rude and unprofessional as well. Very disappointed as we have stayed here before and know the hotel is impressive - shame the customer service does not match.
