Stayed one night prior to heading out to Sydney, this property is exactly what you need for that amount of time. Clean room, direct service and a great location. Room size is smaller than most HIE locations but for one night we were able to manage as a family. Didn’t have breakfast but the FD made some good hot chocolate for the nippy night.

Nice location, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out. Breakfast doesn't have lots of varieties, but it is decent. Room is clean, has everything you need for a short stay. The toilet sit is a bit smaller than the toilet itself, and the toilet paper holder is I assume broken, or it is meant to be that weird way. But those are just minor things.

It's close to trams, Southern Cross station & the Marvel stadium. Rooms are very, very clean, staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is included in the price, and it's more than generous in the choices.

Just stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Melbourne to watch the Pink concert. I could not fault it in any way. From the early check in, to the fabulous clean room with a super comfy bed with nice pillows. We had an amazing city view and the buffet breakfast was a huge hit with my daughter! It is in a great location and in a nice quiet street. I have stayed in many hotels in Melbourne and this one was one of the best by far. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definately be back again. Thank you.

Great Hotel which seems very new.amd the rooms and bathrooms are super nice. Great staff at the front desk. Parking Garage is at first a bit high tech but the front desk staff will explain, spacious, clean and directly under the hotel.
