Qt is always a great experience and in a great location. The room was clean and spacious. The only improvement they needed to make is the lighting in the bathroom. I feel it's a nightclub with dim lighting, and trying to shave is difficult. Otherwise, it is a great option if in Melbourne. Also the rooftop bar is great!!

I liked the room and appreciated the excellent, friendly service. Note I could have lived without the loud disco-like music in every public space, and the weird lighting and visual effects. The voice recordings in the elevator were especially weird. The rooftop bar is fine, though it doesn't really have a view.

Awesome Hotel. Loved the interior. Funky, fun, quirky. Great Location. Fun music in reception and lift areas. Great, helpful, kind and nice staff on reception, security and bell staff too. Rooms were well designed. Good mini bar and fridge. Good bathroom and shower areas if lacking a bit of shelving to place / store own toiletries. Only other minor gripes in a modern hotel. Not having a power point on each side of the bed, ideally with a USB / C port. Was looking forward to a cool rooftop bar in line with the rest of the hotel. However having sports on a big TV took away a bit and changed the vibe and clientele somewhat. Felt bar staff were more pub like and less cocktail bar because of that. But would definitely return. We have had lunch at the QT over the years are we’re happy . But unfortunately XMAS 2024 was a complete disappointment ! At $300 pp you would think that you would have an amazing lunch ! We had the private room which was nice , but it went down hill from there ! The entree came out , 2 small plates of selected seafood which look beautiful. We asked our waiter after entrees about the mains as no one was happy about the serving , we had 6 males who were not happy .at all , He replied the mains are coming ? But the serving was only for 6 people , so not everyone got a taste . Next the mains , 6 mains , 2 pieces of fish as big as my palm ! 2 pieces of rolled Turkey , more stuffing than meat , 2 small steaks sliced , a few sides of carrots , again 6 only when we had 9 quest , Dessert was the same looked beautiful but lucky to get a mouthful as they were so small . So it was a VERY VERY EXPENSIVE LUNCH that we all left starving from . We had to go eat . So very very very DISAPPOINTED with the whole experience

I just wanna say thank you for an amazing outstanding service. My family was visiting and staying from Vietnam. I am a Melburnian and very happy to see my family was well taken care of when staying here. Staff service is on point, rooftop team is lovely and especially one of the guard name Ali has go above and beyond to make my family’s feel very comfortable. It’s like a 5 start service hotel back in Saigon or beach resort. Where most of the 5 star service here in Australia I found it lacking. Once again thanks for the hospitality and Ali for the best experience that my families could received. Funny fact I don’t normally wrote a review but gotta it to this one.
