Cannot express my satisfaction with this place enough. We're Intercontinental Ambassadors and we were looked after so well by all staff. Great room upgrade to a suite on Collins street. Club Continental upgrade and new location is superb. Highlight of the trip was Minnie and the team in the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with grace and charm. She's a keeper. Overall a great stay and won't look anywhere in future. Also available with Qantas FF Points

Simply amazing! It is a high quality hotel. They were already waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The room was a 10, the service was spectacular and the location was also right in the center. The high-quality buffet breakfast greatly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. They met our expectations above expectations and we would surely choose them again if we returned. We have nothing negative to say about this site, only positive. Thank you for making our honeymoon so much better.

Easy to get to and relatively easy to find parking (recommend booking this in advance). Hotel is very cool being renovated old buildings, keeping the old facades. Rooms are a nice size and a welcome two double beds for a family of four. Was tricky finding reception when entering from Flinders Lane. Staff were friendly enough. Room service prompt. Bathrooms need a good clean as milks around sink and shower but all in all pretty good.

We held a Board meeting there plus booked accommodation for our guests and every single detail was noticed and rated 10/10. Service was exceptional and the whole event was a success due to the management and staff. IT service was also top notch we had a smooth experience with connection to Teams for members joining us from NT and Overseas etc

The building is beautiful and the breakfasts great, but in other respects it is not a luxury hotel. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are dated and tired. Some staff are great but a number are disengaged and want to do the minimum to look after customers. It rained when we were there, and there were leaks in reception, and no umbrellas available for us (they had run out as it was raining. They have plenty when it's not raining.......)
