My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, and the staff were outstanding. I had to extend my stay for a few more nights, but the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to ensure I could continue my stay. Their dedication and resourcefulness were amazing and my interactions with the staff were nothing short of wonderful. They displayed an exemplary level of customer service that made a lasting impression on my views of the hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and on several occasions, I’ve been fortunate enough to be assisted by Jasmine. Her service has always been top-notch, and I must say, she deserves a pay raise for her outstanding performance. Jasmine consistently provides exceptional service, and her efforts are so meaningful. The smiling faces and customer experience, across the Sandbelt is just outstanding.

Had a great night. The meals were larger than expected. We had the topped parmas - a Mexican and a supreme. So delicious. You definitely get your money's worth. Sandra recommended them when taking out order, great customer service to. Come to think of it, all the staff we interacted with were top notch. Well done. I hope this feedback gets back to you. I visited the pub today with a friend. Don’t get me wrong I really liked the staff and were super friendly but the food quality wasn’t as good as I anticipated. The salad that came with my Parma was dry and the food portion smaller than I would have thought. The chips were not as fresh and the Parma was tiny compared to other pubs I’ve been to. The seating area was nice and I found good particularly the booths we sat at which was a bonus.

Food was rubbish. Even the Parma was ordinary. Lamb rump was super fatty and over cooked. Horrible dining experience. Place was empty too, no wonder. Even with an incentive food discount, I would not eat here again. Chef didn't even know how many lamb cutlets when on the dish as the kitchen hand had to come to the ordering desk and ask our server whilst in the middle of me ordering with her. Lots to improve on. As a hospitality venue, start being hospitable and minding your customers experience with your actions. Oh, and chef, try the food! Hope you can improve the quality and get to know your portion sizes in the future!!

The service at the pub is always outstanding. I come here with my elderly parents and the staff are always so respectful and ready to help. Sandra, the manager, is so warm and professional and knows us pretty well now! And Alyssa always remembers us and goes out of her way to have a chat. There have recently been some additions to the menu and some great new choices. Falafel burger is delicious, as well as the old fave pie of the day. Shoutout to new staff member Harry, who really impressed us with his politeness and obliging and professional manner in welcoming us.
