Yesterday my family had lunch to celebrate my husbands birthday. All meals were enjoyed by everyone. Staff friendly. Did not have to wait very long fir meals to arrive. Meals were served hot and tasted delicious. Eventide I have had a meal it's always been amazing. Will definitely go again hopefully my birthday next month.

We always enjoy attending The York on Lilydale and decided last night to have dinner there. We ordered our meals I had Salt and Pepper Calamari my husband had Chicken Parma and our son had Chicken Schnitzel. The calamari didn’t really look appetising and the small amount of crumb on it was soggy. I ate one piece and it was ok but not cooked great but the more I ate it was very obvious that it was undercooked. My husband also found his chicken to be undercooked as well. Thankfully though our son enjoyed his meal. There was also an event on outside so I don’t know if this meant it wasn’t regular staff on. The actual staff were all lovely it’s just for three meals that came to over $80 I expected to enjoy my meal. This is the first bad experience I’ve had eating here.

I've been here quite a number of times for meals. They have a great range of meals, personally I love the York Parma. The food is very consistent and the wait isn't too long. They have a decent indoor playground for the kids, including a few computers to play games. There's also an outdoor area and small playground. When the place is full it can be quite noisy, so if like me and wear hearing aids, alter the direction on them. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist.

Clean room and a great view. The only thing that was disappointing was the staff in the dinning room. Did not look happy to be there. But Amy in the gaming room was fantastic.

We came for a family birthday gathering on a Sat night. Food was great as were the price and portion size. Service was very good, nice friendly staff. Will be back again.
