Been here a few times now. Last time food and service was good. This time though was very ordinary.. ordered Medium rare steak with Veg. 1. Steak was under season 2. Steak is Rare 3. Carrot is not peel and raw 4. Mash potato is grainy. Hopefully the food cooking performance pick up.

Room was clean and beds comfy. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet they were given it's on a major road. Food in the bistro was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed while working at an event at Sandown Raceway, so perfect location for us.

Fantastic hotel with a little play area for the kids. Did not stay here, but we did eat here. Food was delicious and plentiful. Drinks are delicious, but can be a wait if it's busy. We had a function in the function room once before and that was very well catered for and a lovely space. This time it was a sit down dinner in the dining room. It was busy but you would not have realised this with the speediness and quality of the food provided. Drinks however did take a little bit, but we did order cocktails. Looking forward to my next visit.

Celebrated my daughter's first birthday at Sandown Park hotel, Wendy took time to help organise a special event which turned out better than we planned. The staff were really friendly, caring & efficient, special thanks to Robin. The corrigan room was spacious, with a private smoking area, we chose canapes & grazing table for the catering, the food was delicious. Plenty of parking for the guest.

Thanks for looking after all our needs as we celebrated our wonderful Aunts 90th birthday. Our group of 30+ and ages 5-90, were all looked after making it a very easy and enjoyable day. Thanks to all the staff, who even tho they looked to be a bit a short, were great. Good choice of food to suit all our dietary requirements.
