Room (King Exec?) was a good size on the top floor. Very quiet, comfy bed, curtains kept the room nice and dark. Wonderful to have an AC go low. Free parking. The breakfast was cheap but not a lot of options in cereals, pastries, or cold cuts. But what was there tasted good. Coffee was good also. Housekeeping didn't restock toilet paper. The room also had a mini fridge but no utensils. Will stay there again when I need to stay near Packenham.

After hours check in easy. Received a phone call from reception with clear instructions for after hours check in. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Great value breakfast. All staff professional and friendly.

Upon arrival I went up to my room to be greeted as soon as I walked in to a nasty stain in the middle of the couch. It was really disgusting and I covered it with a towel and did not use it for the entire stay. No pods for the pod coffee maker. Beds were comfy and well made. Walk in shower with seat was really nice but I needed more towels cause the water wanted to run everywhere. The casting feature on the TV did not work so no Streaming of anything like Netflix, Kayo, Prime ETC...

Staying for 1 night only I thought the place is in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens and lots of gum trees. The receptionist was pleasant and recommended we eat at the restaurant attached to the motel it's a Italian pizza plus The food was amazing. The room 11 even though dated was huge. The bathroom you could swing a cat in. The bed was clean and comfortable over all I thought it was delightful and would stay again in this room

Good, clean, well-run hotel with lovely service BUT the acoustics on Level 2 are horrible! You can hear people talking in the hallway no matter where they are. Also the air conditioner resets itself every 2 hours reverting back to 22degrees and heating while there is a metal clanky noise every couple of hours also from the ceiling space. Beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows useless.
