After booking, this hotel. I was sorely disappointed in the service and uncoordinated staff. The rooms itself were lovely but brought down by unfriendly service.. firstly checking in was lovely but I asked for a late check out for the next day due to be late in the hour of check in. Which the lady said no problem. Finally go to my room to get nestled in, 3 missed calls with no message left from staff, next morning got woken up by staff again at 8 wanting to clean the room and get me to check out, finally getting up to tell them I asked for a late check out last night and please communicate before banging on doors. Finally getting a late check out at 12. Had our bags to walk out the door. To staff again at the door going late check out is at 12. Its 12:07. Customer service. Goes a long way. After walking to the elevator completely awkward and cold. I have never been more uncomfortable checking out from a hotel in my life. Will not be coming back.

Room (King Exec?) was a good size on the top floor. Very quiet, comfy bed, curtains kept the room nice and dark. Wonderful to have an AC go low. Free parking. The breakfast was cheap but not a lot of options in cereals, pastries, or cold cuts. But what was there tasted good. Coffee was good also. Housekeeping didn't restock toilet paper. The room also had a mini fridge but no utensils. Will stay there again when I need to stay near Packenham.

Breakfast nice and reasonably priced; hotel good location for our needs. Housekeeping good, friendly service. Room comfortable but a bit cold - can't keep heater on for any length of time (Then again, I'm a Queenslander, so I'm a wuss - I can't handle cold!). In this particular room (2 beds, sleeps 4), bathroom a bit awkward as nowhere to put toiletries or items of clothing, and as it is 'open plan', most of floor gets wet so bathmat gets sodden. Robes provided, so use them (ie don't get undressed in the bathroom!)

Upon arrival I went up to my room to be greeted as soon as I walked in to a nasty stain in the middle of the couch. It was really disgusting and I covered it with a towel and did not use it for the entire stay. No pods for the pod coffee maker. Beds were comfy and well made. Walk in shower with seat was really nice but I needed more towels cause the water wanted to run everywhere. The casting feature on the TV did not work so no Streaming of anything like Netflix, Kayo, Prime ETC...

Fantastic brand new hotel on outskirts of Melbourne. Could easily use this as a launching pad to the south east of Melbourne. Free Wifi and built in Chromecast in a huge TV an added bonus. Friendly staff. Hotel next door.
