The Stamford Inn is a versatile function and event space, with spaces able to cater anywhere from 10 to 500 guests. We specialise in private and corporate events, everything from conferences, birthdays, engagements or wedding receptions. We're able to tailor our rooms and event experiences to what you need, with cocktail, conferencing or seated menus. We have three rooms available, all able to cater to what you need.

There are a steps involved in booking an event at The Stamford and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you. Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your: - Event type - Number of people attending - Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible) - Budget (per person or total) - Room layout - Food and beverage / catering requirements - Any other requirements Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at The Stamford to check: 1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times? 2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements? This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible. If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with The Stamford to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so). VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by The Stamford if you book via us.

The most intimate of our function spaces, The Winston Room is perfect for training days, presentations and networking events, cocktail parties and 21st birthdays, just to name a few! With a private entry point and plenty of natural light, The Winston Room comes equipped with data projector and screen, whiteboard and wireless microphone. For evening events, the room is equipped with a dance floor, fully stocked bar and private bathrooms.

With the capacity to host 100 guests seated or 200 guests standing, The McArthur Room is perfect for engagement parties,birthday celebrations, christenings, Christmas parties, corporate events and everything in between. Room facilities include fully stocked bar, stage and dancefloor, exclusive entry point, private bathrooms, smoking balcony and AV facilities.

The largest of our function areas, Flanagan's is equipped to host up to 500 guests cocktail, and is perfect for large scale events such as birthday celebrations, work break-ups and Christmas parties, just to name a few! Room facilities include fully stocked bar, stage and dancefloor, exclusive entry point, private bathrooms, large outdoor courtyard and full AV facilities.
