Awesome 24/7 service. Room was nice and clean, I didn’t have any reaction to dust (which I’m very sensitive to in unclean hotels and Airbnb’s). And on my last day the lovely Eduardo at the service desk helped me check out easily and offered me some coffee while I waited for my Uber in the sitting area. Will definitely be going back when I come back to Melbourne.

This service apartment is very new. The room is spacious with all necessary home equipments provided such as kitchenware, washing machine and tableware. Air-conditioning is adjustable. Hotel staff (both reception and housekeeping) are very nice and polite. Will definitely return to Punthill Sunshine (or any other Punthill Hotel) next time!

My partner and I stayed here for five months on the long-term stay plan from April to August, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone new to Melbourne. The team, including Ashim, was super helpful and welcoming, and the apartments are fully furnished with everything you need. It’s also really convenient, close to the city, and just a short walk to the station. A great option until you find a more permanent place to settle in Melbourne.

Being brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our 1 night stay. The whole apartment was big and very comfortable especially the bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The lady at reception was very welcoming and lovely. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely be back! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars..
