Great place to go The Balmoral Hotel has just reopened after renovations, and it looks amazing. I’ve been here a few times, and Lanna gave such great service. She recommended something new for me to try, and she nailed it. Thank you, Lanna! I’ll definitely be back… probably ordering the exact same drink again 😂

Ordered the fish tacos, lemon meringue and the zucchini bites. Overall the food was good, but the fish tacos lacked sauce and was a bit dry. The chicken parmigian needed less herbs but this is also personal preference. The service and atmosphere is pumping. Alex ensured that we were promptly served and checked in often.

What a fantastic night we just had for my daughters 25th. From booking online, to emails with Sami (Venue Support Officer) that were always answered promptly, to arriving on the night & being greeted by the super friendly, professional & helpful Lauren front of house. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I watched her getting her steps in all night long. What an asset she is to the place. Hats off to all the staff as they help make the place what it is. Such a hard working crew. Amazing! I was able to set up our reserved tables in the beer garden with my decorations including balloons & garlands of photos with fairy lights which I appreciated so much. When I ordered pizzas & grazing boards for our guests the food arrived in record time & it was so fresh & delish. Drinks were either ordered at the bar or via QR code from the table. No waiting around for cocktails to be made, they were promptly delivered to our table every time & they were so good. The Balmoral just has such an awesome vibe all round. I've been coming here for many years, through many evolutions & each time I love the place even more. Don't hesitate to book your function here. I'm certainly super happy I did. If I lived closer it'd be my regular hang out.

Sunday at the Balmoral was a fantastic day out. Made even better by Lucy . Always made sure service was spot on! Cocktails were spot on & drinks were free flowing, with full delicious plates of food. Thanks to Lucy & her team for making my holiday catch up with my friends great. Definitely coming back on my next visit.
