First of all the lovely ladies at reception were warm and welcoming, friendly and eager to assist with our requests. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, cleanliness was on point also! The bathroom was great and we loved the spa! The bed was large and comfortable, the room was again huge, with plenty of space for our luggage in the cupboards provided and heaps of floor and table space. The balcony was absolutely massive which we also loved. We were a bit disappointed to see how ill equipped the place was though, We thought there would be better supplies in the kitchen, but we couldn’t even get a sharp knife to cut a lime for drinks, and had to call reception to request forks to eat our food with. The place is massive and is the perfect room for a couple to stay in and really stay in for the weekend (or how ever long) to really soak in the lovely place, but the kitchen especially should be better equipped, I know personally we love to put together little cheese and cracker boards etc, we like to make the most of our rare hotel stays by staying in and enjoying it, but don’t really want to have to pack half the kitchen to go away with. The ‘fitness centre’ needs its fit ball pumping up. Sorry, minor, but if there is going to be such little equipment in there, at least maintain the stuff that is there, please! :) didn’t swim in the pool this time unfortunately (forgot my swimmers!) but I was extremely tempted it looked lovely and felt so nice when I dipped my toe in! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, just wish it had a little more kitchen items available to top it off. Thank you!

Great view and staff. We had an issue with our TV and the hostess worked nonstop till it was fixed. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Gym is pretty light and the pool is small but these aren't big issues. The location is honestly incredible and I went for a run every morning across the coast line. Would gladly stay here again.

Paid almost $500 for one night including breakfast. For that price the rooms were average with a beautiful view but don’t expect complimentary water! The decor is below average looking like it needs a revamp. The dining area is oddly small for a large hotel and when the balcony door opens - everything blows everywhere and it’s freezing. Food was average for what you paid, gym isn’t 24/7, parking was in a public place where all the night clubbers park no after hour food available nearby other than Maccas and NO I wouldn’t book again at this hotel.

2 night stay Room could have done with a decent clean. Skirting board looked like blood splatter but not 100% sure what it was. Shower needed a detail clean. The grout had mould. I would have liked a hand held shower head as well as an overhead shower head. No microwave or cutlery if wanting to eat in. Great location, noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Carpark does get busy, be prepared to walk.

I had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Mandurah! The location is perfect, right by the water with stunning views of the marina. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I also loved the proximity to local restaurants and shops—everything was within walking distance. I highly recommend The Sebel Mandurah for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
