Great location, we could walk anywhere for meals. There is a door at the front, you have to go down to the lower level in the lift to find it, you don't have to walk around from the back. Zero parking available when we arrived which was tricky. The staff said there was plenty but the 'day' tourists had taken up the whole carpark. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night during the school holidays. Very quiet. Lovely bathroom with beautiful essential oil type products. Interesting that the mini bar was empty, I wonder what was going on there. I could have done with some chocolate or a soda. Would have liked a few power points to charge phones but only found one. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool was nice and empty in the morning which was great. Nice.

First of all the lovely ladies at reception were warm and welcoming, friendly and eager to assist with our requests. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, cleanliness was on point also! The bathroom was great and we loved the spa! The bed was large and comfortable, the room was again huge, with plenty of space for our luggage in the cupboards provided and heaps of floor and table space. The balcony was absolutely massive which we also loved. We were a bit disappointed to see how ill equipped the place was though, We thought there would be better supplies in the kitchen, but we couldn’t even get a sharp knife to cut a lime for drinks, and had to call reception to request forks to eat our food with. The place is massive and is the perfect room for a couple to stay in and really stay in for the weekend (or how ever long) to really soak in the lovely place, but the kitchen especially should be better equipped, I know personally we love to put together little cheese and cracker boards etc, we like to make the most of our rare hotel stays by staying in and enjoying it, but don’t really want to have to pack half the kitchen to go away with. The ‘fitness centre’ needs its fit ball pumping up. Sorry, minor, but if there is going to be such little equipment in there, at least maintain the stuff that is there, please! :) didn’t swim in the pool this time unfortunately (forgot my swimmers!) but I was extremely tempted it looked lovely and felt so nice when I dipped my toe in! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, just wish it had a little more kitchen items available to top it off. Thank you!

Conveniently located within a short waterfront stroll to restaurants shops and night-life. We had a wonderful room with balcony and all the comfort and amenities you would look for in a 4 star hotel getaway. Sarah and her front office team were brilliant and made our stay memorable. We'll be stopping in at the Sebel again. Tim C

The Sebel Mandurah, is all that it was described as on the website. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel itself. Check-in was a quick and easy process. My hotel room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. With some great restaurants close by, there is no shortage of places to eat. I very much recommend The Sebel Mandurah.

Location and staff were wonderful but room had dirty walls, chair and carpet. Bed was firm, pool was small and not deep but very cold so would be great for kids. Would have expected more for that rating of hotel. Cafe for breakfast was small but nice, very clean and great staff. Food was very nice.
