Reviews for Belgian Beer Cafe

This place is amazing! We went there for dinner with our family of four. You order at the counter, receive your drinks there, and they bring the food to you. The beer is very cold and poured with great care. I was fascinated by the wide variety of beers I found here. The food is also delicious, especially the mussels in chilli sauce, which was very impressive. It goes great with the beer! I highly recommend this place!

Had to come into town during this horrible cold and wet day. We popped into The Belgian for a drink & snack & was greeted by Megan with a welcoming smile. It was quite busy but our ‘snack’ - huge serving & delicious came out in a timely manner. Megan even checked on us to see if everything was fine. Thanks Megan for making our experience enjoyable.

I have eaten here three times this week as a solo diner while on a work trip. Every meal has been delicious, served quickly and good value (I took advantage of the daily specials) and I always felt welcome despite being on my own. Busy Thursday night staff Alex and Andrew were especially professional and friendly while working under pressure.

Great portions and tasty, have to come back to try their Roast Lamb as it was sold out very early it has to be good. Had the mussels, pork nuckle, barramundi and chicken Caesar, all delightful. Will be back again

If you love your beer like I do, no other place in Perth even comes close to this pub. Some of the best Belgian beers, some great German beers, and some decent Australian beers on tap (this I have obviously had better). The place has an old charm and a way to transport you to simpler times. Their food menu is quite balanced as well - some great beer food. Below are the things I have tried so far: 1. Almost all their beers. My favourites would have to be Steenbrugge, La Trappe Blonde, Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. 5/5 2. Bagel bites: Dip way too much for the bites. 4/5 3. Sausage platter: Some of the juiciest sausages 5/5 4. House bread: Rustic and airy. Delicious butter. 5/5 Must visit
