I'm staying at this hotel every year for 6 weeks or so every time. Great location, clean rooms and awesome staff. The breakfast is always tasty and custom requests are welcome, which is a great plus. I'm particularly happy to easily be helped in French, which a lot of the staff can speak easily. Thanks to all the team for the great time I'm having yearly at your accommodation.

As a frequent guest of IHG properties and a former Diamond Elite member, I have consistently experienced high standards across various locations in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. However, my recent experience in Perth fell short of these expectations. I stayed at two other IHG Hotels in Perth during my vacation here and this was the only hotel that was a disappointment. Positive Aspects: • Check-in Experience: The afternoon check-in staff were exceptional, accommodating my needs by assigning a room with a detachable showerhead, which was greatly appreciated following my recent surgery. Areas of Concern: 1. Front Desk Communication: A miscommunication occurred regarding adding a friend to my room for post-departure access and breakfast. Despite confirming this arrangement with the night staff, the morning reception informed me that my friend was not registered, leading to inconvenience and an unexpected charge for an additional breakfast which was not resolved despite raising the concern upon checkout. 2. Room Amenities: • Water Quality: The shower water was discolored with visible rust particles. Despite reporting this to the front desk with a water sample, no follow-up or resolution was provided. • Air Conditioning: The in-room temperature remained at 21°C, and I was informed that individual room temperature control was not available during this season. This lack of climate control adversely affected my sleep quality. 3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast selection was limited, and items like chicken sausage were served cold, even at the start of service. 4. Key Card Issues: Frequent demagnetization of key cards occurred, requiring multiple replacements within a day. During a medical emergency, the lack of urgency from the night staff in reissuing a key was particularly distressing.

Unforgettable Experience in Perth！ Great location：beautiful views for park and river， Very friendly staff：We forget the room safe password and reception send technician fixed in minutes. The breakfast is so nice with a combination of bread，meat， fruit，yohurt，coffee；much more value offered. Huges offer inc Gym，outdoor pool ，business centre ：）

My friend and I had a great stay here. It was wonderful for our staycation! The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the beds. A bathtub in a standard room in Perth is few and far between these days so that was lovely. It was unfortunate that the pool was under maintenance for the evening we wanted to use it, but we changed our schedules and still enjoyed using it! There’s a great view of the Swan River from the pool deck. The gym was smaller than I would’ve liked (why is the rowing machine outside?) but could still be used. All in all, a nice stay! :)

We had a great one night stay before we were leaving Perth. The hotel is in a great location, the service was excellent, the rooms were big and very clean. The bathroom was a little out dated but we were fine with that. We did book this hotel as it had a pool, it was out of action when were there. It would of been nice to have been notified of this. They had a great bar / restaurant in the lobby which had happy hour and live music on a saturday. A perfect end to a great trip!
