My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza and absolutely loved it here! The staff was incredible, so welcoming & helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The bed was one of the most comfy ones we’ve ever slept in and the food was heaven. We ordered room service a few times because the whole menu was just a 10/10, super large portions and really great flavour. Breakfast was also excellent. The day we checked out they even had live music in the lobby so we stayed and enjoyed the atmosphere with a couple of beers. This was fantastic! Thank you!

Great location and lovely view of river. Rooms are worn and dated for price, cleaning rag left in our room, bathroom did not look clean. Towels almost threadbare. Although we had stated we had a hire car at time of booking, we apparently did not have a car space booked at hotel and this became a problem for us...not the hotel. Bed is uncomfortable and the smallest apparently queen size bed we've seen. Will not stay again

My husband booked this hotel for my birthday. We have a little one and we all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, location is wonderful. Management, Hemant, surprised me with lots of chocolate, cakes and a bottle of wine ☺️ Thank you for your great service. We would definitely come back 🥳

Our error as we thought we were booking at the casino complex . Nice staff . Very basic room. 56th anniversary. Disappointed but maybe our fault as well . Would hesitate to recommend Edit: A week later I think my review was too harsh. I add that the price was very reasonable and the room had a good outlook over the esplanade and river. Staff nice as above but also accommodating. A hotel which would normally be very suitable for most.
