I’m sitting by the pool as I write this, and honestly, this place is amazing. The service has been next-level — especially Kayleigh, who’s been absolutely fantastic. She’s friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience effortless. Drinks and food came out super quick, and everything has been spot-on. The atmosphere is perfect — relaxing, classy, and you can really just unwind here. It’s rare to find a place that nails both service and vibe, but this one does it flawlessly. Huge thanks to Kayleigh and the team for making my day genuinely perfect. Highly recommend!

Come for a high tea event. Service was lovely, food tasted nice. The platters were just right and tea was tasty. The venue is clean and spacious and easy access. The event was a 'smurfs' high tea. $60 for adults and $36 for kids. They had decorated your own cup cake and colouring in set up with 2 actors as the smurfs walking around interacting. We were done within the hour. Only thing I would suggest is possible interactive games with the kids for the event. Did I enjoy it, yes. Would I go again, no. Would I go back for the Sunday high tea only, yes. Have stayed here in the past and the room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Nice hotel. Lots of function areas. Couple of eatery areas. SERVICE- Tried to check in at 1pm but room wasn't available which was fine. 3 staff at reception and all helpful. Returned at 3pm, huge line up and only one staff member. While we were waiting a couple returned as the room they were given had people in it!! Turns out the wrong room number was written down and a cleaner let them into the wrong room (little concerning). ROOMS- Bed was comfortable. Room was bright in the mornings (blackout curtains weren't effective). The bathrooms were neat and clean but could use a facelift. Not a huge fan of climbing in a bath to use the shower. Overall a fantastic few days at the hotel. Great location and good value for money FOOD-Breakfast was great. Lots of options, very good scrambled eggs and good bacon for a buffet. Plenty of fresh fruit and yogurts. The restaurant was good with great pizza and good selection of drinks. Didn't get down to the pub (ball and chain) but had live music and looked nice. LOCATION- Fantastic. So close to everything. POOLS- 2 Pools, one was freezing and the other was cool but good. Lots of towels and lovely set up.

We had a one night staycation with our two boys 4 & 6. What a hit! Room was great, new carpet, balcony, great view of the pool, check in was easy (we even got in before 3pm!) and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Plus bonus of its excellent location for everything Freo. We’d checked the reviews before we came and were a bit worried but honestly it was absolutely great! Will be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Currently sitting in the Bar at this Hotel. The bar closed at 10pm and we were told we had to leave the terrace area at 9.55pm and sit inside to finish our drinks. This policy clearly is in breach of the requirements for a 4 star Hotel experience. Not good enough frankly. I have booked here for 3 nights and would like to know how this early closure can be justified
