We visited last 25 January and we heard they have a new chef. Of course we had to try the new oyster flavors and dishes. The food was great, I just wish the crab linguine had a bit more seasoning and flavor. I think the tomato overpowered the crab a bit.

staffs are super nice, the view is excellent, you can see the fireworks here. The taste of the pork belly is nice, if it has been more salty then it will be perfect. so as the oyster, the tastes are delicious, but 2 out of the dozen are too small, these should be screened out before serving on the table.

First and last visit to this restaurant. The food and drinks were absolutely disgusting. We ordered oysters, and it was clear they were not fresh. After eating, both of us started feeling stomach pains, and by the time we were heading to the car park, I ended up vomiting. I’ve never been so disappointed with a dining experience. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to blacklist a restaurant. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The Oyster Bar at Elizabeth Quay never lets you down. I had a reservation for 20, and from the moment we booked to the end of the night, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The bar team even went above and beyond, crafting cocktails off-menu to suit our group. Everyone had a fantastic experience. As a big seafood fan, I was blown away by the quality of the food. The oysters, in particular, were outstanding – a perfect variety that kept everyone satisfied. Highly recommend. This would be my third time with another visit already on the cards!

My partner and I went here just before sunset without a booking on a Sunday evening and we had a very pleasant experience. She had 6 fresh Thai oysters and loved them. I had the fish and chips which was good for fish and chips. The chips were a bit soggy. I had a few of the hazy IPA beers which were great. Prices are not bad for the location and amazing views of the quay and Queen Elizabeth Bridge. Good experience and fresh oysters at a fair price.
