Reviews for The Oyster Bar Perth

My partner and I went here just before sunset without a booking on a Sunday evening and we had a very pleasant experience. She had 6 fresh Thai oysters and loved them. I had the fish and chips which was good for fish and chips. The chips were a bit soggy. I had a few of the hazy IPA beers which were great. Prices are not bad for the location and amazing views of the quay and Queen Elizabeth Bridge. Good experience and fresh oysters at a fair price.

I celebrated my Husband’s 40th birthday at the Oysters Bars rooftop bar and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was exceptionally delicious not to mention the open bar. This will be my future events party place. Highly recommend it 😃

Nice service and great atmosphere, eating by the port. Food is fresh and price is reasonable. Oyster and scallop is fresh, oyster are not big tho, but taste good! Pasta are large in portion and the meat is delicious.

Delicious and fresh oysters with a wide range of choices. Fresh seafood with reasonable price, salad and pasta were ok. Wonderful view of the Elizabeth quay waterfront and great service. We had an enjoyable dinner to wrap up our WA trip.

Nice location and lovely views from roof top bar but oysters were really not great. We had 2 plates of mixed oysters (12 each) and they were very small and served warm. To me - oysters need to have the taste of the ocean and be cold. The fish and chips were good for our partners - but overall the experience was not what we had expected. The manager was meant to come and speak to us about the advertised reduced prices (which they would not apply on the day) but though she was told - she walked past us 3 times and did not approach our table. However the young waitress/ bar person was lovely and did very well in her service and she tried to appease things. We left without pushing the fact that a discount was meant to be had as we could not bother arguing as they were busy. All in all - the oysters are much better in other places and I could honestly not recommend Oyster Beds.
