Very good hotel located in the Perth CBD. Close to the ferry terminals and railway stations. The room was quite spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities, though there wasn't much room in the bar fridge, as it was full of soft drink and alcohol bottles. The reception staff were excellent, both when checking in and checking out, ensuring that the transaction to refund the bond was put through immediately when checking out. A complimentary coffee voucher was given when checking in to be redeemed at the hotel cafe. There were also free movies that could be accessed in the room.

My Partner and I recently stayed at QT hotel for his birthday. We were greeted with such vibrancy by all the staff members. We stayed in the King Deluxe room, this was a 5/5, so spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom space undeniably beautiful with such a huge bathtub so relax in. The only con we had was the pillows, for such an incredibly soft bed we had soft pillows too, it would be better to have medium to hard pillows with such a bed. QT is situated in the centre of the CBD, a minute walk to shopping malls, galleries and theatres. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone travelling to Perth! Thank you again QT team for such a warm welcome! My partner and I will now go by Sparkle and Spunk ❤️

A just fine experience only. I feel this hotel was expensive for what is actually included and provided, and there was a plethora of additional charges which seemed unnecessary. The room was very barren with a lot of dead, empty space and a lot of small inconveniences and things not working - half the lights didn't work, half the TV channels didn't either, light switches made no sense, the mini fridge was so overloaded and locked in it felt like a fire hazard. Room service and in hotel amenities seemed excessively expensive. The staff were pleasant, however seemed to not know what was happening (with breakfast on the public holiday) and forgot to include benefits until prompted (room service vouchers). Despite the room being advertised as having bluetooth speakers these were not included, and required an additional (extraordinary) deposit to obtain. I declined. The positives were the location; nice and central, easy to get to and from; and the food; breakfast and room service were excellent. The rooftop bar is a good vibe, was busy, but good seating options and staffed appropriately with minimal waits. Overall it didn't feel I got the value that I paid for. The funky aesthetic and decor is perhaps where all the service fees go to, rather than customer experience and practicality.

All-in-all, a great stay. Arrived much earlier than anticipated from the east coast and Reception was able to check me in straight away so I could enjoy a hot shower and change my clothes. Only negatives I could find with the room were some of the fittings, door hinges etc could do with some attention (loose/squeaky) and I struggled to make sense of the light switch positioning. Lovely quiet room with super air conditioning. Shame the cafe and room service doesn't kick into gear earlier than 6.30am.

My partner and I stayed here for our wedding last weekend. The rooms are great and hotels offering is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There was a few hiccups however, housekeeping taking stuff from our room (some vintage crystal glassware and MR and MR glasses used for our wedding prep photos) which was thankfully returned the next morning unbroken, the power in our room tripped and aircon/tv stopped working - when we told the front desk they said it must be because we were using too much electricity (we only had the aircon on and our phones charging... throughout the night...we only noticed the power had tripped when we went to turn the tv on in the morning). In return of our trouble...they waived one room service charge which was for a bowl of chips... (this was the night we discovered some of our personal items were missing). As nice as the hotel is, the staffs attitude was lacking (imagine blaming your guests for using too much electricity - there is only a limited amount of power we can run in the room itself!). All in all, okay stay but a bit disappointed with service given the hotels 5 star rating and QT brands generally good reputation.
