The staff and service here has been incredible. I had the pleasure of bumping into Roxanne a few times during my stay and what a wonderful person she is! In our brief exchanges she went out of her way to help me, remembered the small details and showed me so much kindness. It’s rare to feel seen in ‘big’ hotels, especially when you’re only there overnight, but it’s so refreshing to know your staff take the time to make guests feel special. I will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend

We recently stayed at QT Perth and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooftop bar was definitely a highlight of our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team made the occasion feel special by having a bottle of bubbles waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. That said, for the price point, I don't feel it delivers a true luxury hotel experience. The towels and bedding felt quite basic and lacked the quality and comfort you'd expect from a premium stay, which impacted the overall feel of the room. There were also a few small details that made a difference. The bathroom lighting was very dim, making it difficult to get ready, there was no makeup mirror, and the amenities felt fairly standard rather than high-end. While we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the service, location, and thoughtful anniversary gesture, I personally wouldn't pay the same rate again as I don't feel the overall experience matched the cost. A comfortable and enjoyable hotel, but not one I'd place in the luxury category.

Had a fantastic stay at QT Perth. The hotel has such a stylish and modern vibe, with really unique interior design that makes the whole experience feel special. The room was super comfortable, clean, and well thought out. Staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help. The location is also perfect, right in the city. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The food was delicious and didn't take too long to arrive with room service. The rooms are a little dated and dark. With the curtains open and lights on it was still very dark during the day making it hard to get ready and do makeup. Some of the surfaces are very scratched and worn looking, otherwise a very clean and comfortable room

I booked Qt Perth two weeks in advance to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her two of her friends the hotel new it it was a special occasion yet the way they treated was unacceptable the staff were unprofessional ,dismissive and made what should have been a memorable birthday a stressful and disappointing experience . Rather than feeling welcomed and valued my daughter and her friends were left feeling uncomfortable and upset .for the hotel promotes premium service the customer experience was far below expectations I regret choosing this hotel for such an important occasion . I would not recommend it based on our experience.
