As soon as I walked in, I was surprised to see sheep there, but it was a pleasant surprise. Since it’s known for its photo spots, there were a lot of people, and the decorations were even better than I expected, which was satisfying. At the entrance, we were greeted by a female staff member who was a bit curt, but I didn’t want to dwell on it too much. The desserts looked amazing, but we were there to fill our stomachs first, so we ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, The Grounds Beef Burger, and a milkshake. The drinks came with eye-catching decorations, which made it fun, and they said we could take the cups home after finishing the drinks! The food tasted fine—nothing extraordinary but enjoyable. Since the theme changes seasonally, I think it’s a great place for people who love taking photos. (I visited on July 31st, but it seems like the theme has changed now, so keep that in mind.)
I’ve literally been here so many times; and it never disappoints me! the food, vibes and atmosphere is brilliantly perfect! I got to love the strawberry tart i had ordered, it was delicious and was a perfect sweet snack for my sweet tooth cravings! I also always love the installation here too; it’s always so pretty for photos! and i always end up with thousands of pictures!
The Garden at The Grounds of Alexandria is truly a magical venue that exceeds all expectations. Nestled in the heart of this urban oasis, it offers an enchanting blend of nature, industrial-chic charm, and a touch of luxurious elegance. The attention to detail in the design—from lush greenery and whimsical floral installations to the warm lighting and vintage accents—creates an atmosphere that feels both intimate and grand. I recently covered a wedding reception at The Garden, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was captivating, perfectly balancing a rustic outdoor vibe with modern sophistication. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring the event was seamless. The food, as expected, was exceptional, with fresh, wholesome flavors that delighted every guest. Whether you're planning a wedding, a family gathering, or a corporate event, The Garden at The Grounds of Alexandria is an unforgettable choice. It’s no surprise this venue has earned its reputation as one of the most Instagrammable destinations in the world—every corner is a visual masterpiece. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host an event in a setting that’s as beautiful as it is unique.
The place was absolutely packed!!! Talk about crowded! This said, the food was superb, the service average, and the ambience unreal. We had a great time there. The place seems to be an old factory that every few months gets "reimagined" into something spectacular. The day we had lunch it was "Lavender Lane", hence all the purple flowers. The drinks and desserts follow the theme. Definitely worth the visit. There is some parking there, but we walked the ten minutes from Green Square station.
We didn’t plan going here but glad we did. It is very chic and artsy, lots of people but also lots of seatings and things to see. We ended up in the gardens and luckily found a seat. We ordered through the QR code and food was brought to our table (thankfully). We love the fish burger, it was really good and I also enjoyed the mushroom cheese pizza. The wait was reasonable and we had a lovely lunch. The only thing we found underwhelming were the smoothies. While they did taste good, they were served warm. It’s not as refreshing as it could have been, and the texture was already watery. The matcha smoothie didn’t look as nice as the menu photos. Nonetheless, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed looking at their displays including the pink Christmas alley.
