I ate here about a week ago on Wednesday on the 4th of September and it was great. Once I had arrived at roughly 7pm, I had to wait a few minutes to then be seated at a comfortable table. Once I sat down, the first few tacos took only a few minutes to come out and the chicken taco tasted delicious! They had other types of tacos such as sausage, fish, pork and a few other varieties. We also ordered the churros that came with a type of dark chocolate sauce and they came shortly after and they were tasty as well. They did add a 10% gratuity to our bill which I find uncommon for restaurants to do. Overall, a great restaurant to eat at once in a while and it’s also located a short walk from Central Station, making it really easy to get to from a variety of train lines.
Fairly long wait. Food is nothing amazing and fairly average. Seems to be very understaffed and they are also fairly inattentive. The food comes around fairly slowly and we were eating a single taco at a time and were waiting for a waiter to come by with another tray. They would also always start at the otherside and we would end up not getting anything at the end of it until we raised it with the staff.
Lovely staff, good food. We had a booking but the place wasn't very busy so they let us choose where we wanted to sit. We ordered a bunch of entrees, drinks and some tacos. We honestly enjoyed the entrees more than the tacos! We got the stuffed jalepenos, guacamole and chips, crispy pork belly, tiger prawns and red snapper. My favourite out of those was the crispy pork belly - alongside the pineapple salsa it was so good!! The tacos weren't very good unfortunately, but I did like the chipotle honey chicken one. The rest were a bit bland. The churros for dessert were delicious, very fresh. The drinks we got were pretty good also. I got an espresso martini and two fantasmas because they were so yummy! And my partner got the Paloma. Good place to come for some snacks and drinks, as it's not too busy and it's a relaxed environment. They do close early though which we didn't realise, as we were given the bill and everyone had cleared out by 9:30pm on a Friday.
Came here for the “all you can eat” tacos after seeing it all over TikTok, however was disappointed to find out it was not all you can eat! Instead of an all you can eat buffet, the tacos were served by a person who would approach your table with a single taco option. This meant you couldn’t choose what taco you wanted (despite them giving you the menu at the start) nor how much you could eat, and you were restricted to one taco per person at a time. The beef brisket taco was by far the best, however we only got served 1 each in the entire 1.5 hours. The fish taco had a soggy and wet batter (seemed like they boiled the fish?), and all other tacos had little filling. We only managed to eat around 10 tacos each before our 1.5 hours finished, and we were not full. Wouldn’t come back again
We wanted to check out this place. And it was good. We both had the picanha, and it was delicious! The meat was tender it was really good seasoned, with a side of salad and a bread that was crispy and tasty. We also had tiger prawns as an entree, which was a great option as well. For dessert, we tried the churros, and they were pleasant. It was quite thick, but that was cool, something different. The drinks were good. The fantasma cocktail was definitely my favourite. All the flavours were there. I tried the margarita, the spicy one, and I felt it needed more sweetness, but in terms of alcohol was awesome. The Paloma needed a little bit of alcohol and on my like, a salt rim. But overall, it was a great night.
