Lovely old hotel with amazing views and fantastic proximity to Scenic World. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, although the rooms are a little tired. Gorgeous outdoor pool, along with indoor pool option and sauna. Spa services offer good variety, the massage I experienced was very good. Dinner at Darley's was the highlight, with every bite as delicious as it looked, in a lovely setting and great service.

My wife and I loved staying at Lilianfels- the staff are extremely friendly. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The included breakfast had an abundance of choice and it was definitely worth it to add as part of our stay. Everything was great, even over a rainy weekend there was plenty to do and plenty of time to relax. The indoor pool is a great option for those rainy days. Looking forward to coming back!

On a whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The overall experience was the relaxing night away that we wanted. Apart from a few hick-ups, Lilianfels literally offers a stay in begone years. Although the rooms are tired, out dated and rather dull or loud with florals, Lilianfels offers clean comfortable rooms. Ample complimentary items, including bottled water. Would I say value for money, no, but that's based off the uninviting aesthetics of both room and overall Hotel. Sorry, but it's looking sad. Maintained grounds are lovely, lounge area relaxing, food average, service friendly and helpful, underground parking, dark, cramped and dirty. Check-in/out easy. Great location to attractions and walking trails. View stunning. We were relaxed but put off by a Hotel that appears to not have been updated, for many decades, yet the rates are comparable to most modern Sydney Hotels overlooking the harbour.

Fabulous historic hotel, very attentive & approachable staff. Excellent spa, Mary & Eva are exceptional therapists. Lobby Lounge has very good food & cocktails. Darley's restaurant was both disappointing & expensive.

We had a beautiful stay at Lilianfels Resort, including an incredible massage and lovely service at the desk. The rooms were less luxurious than I anticipated, and our 'blue mountains view' room definitely did not have 'blue mountains view' due to being low and trees blocking any view possible, so if you're set on a specific view make sure to communicate directly with them at booking. The 'all inclusive' package also had a number of elements that were not actually included so just take note that you may find yourself spending more money than anticipated. Overall it was beautiful and a great experience, and the location is breathtaking.
