Comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Quiet on the ground floor and a good bed. The kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom with great shower and laundry facilities. Amenities and hair dryer supplied. Free outside parking, although it can be difficult to find a spot. Recommend cafe next door! Attention to cleaning needed and a few scuffs and wear and tear on the doors. The reception staff were friendly and efficient.
I had a lovely one night stay here with my son. The facility was organied, clean and looked very sharp. The underground carparking was secure and easy to access. The room itself was clean, comfortable, full of all the features we needed and the bed was super large and comfortable. Would stay again!
I recently stayed at Quest Macquarie Park for one night, and my experience was highly disappointing. Despite a quick check-in process, the initial impression of the standard king bedroom was marred by an unpleasant and indescribable smell - heavy chlorine/bleach scent. While the room was clean, its layout was poor. The hotel amenities were basic, with outdated and expired items in the mini-fridge, including milk that was nearly a year past its expiration date - how does that even happen? The lack of soundproofing was also a major issue; the ground-floor room allowed external light to beam in through a large gap under the door, while hallway noise and highway traffic were disturbingly audible throughout the night. The incessant flashing of red lights from smoke detectors every few seconds added to the discomfort. Staff responsiveness was lackluster; while they promptly replaced the expired milk upon complaint, their explanation hinted at either infrequent room use or inadequate housekeeping standards. The overall quality of service was mediocre, with inexperienced staff and no proactive effort to address the noise or room maintenance issues which has been seen throughout many reviews. The location of the hotel is not ideal. There is not easy access to services, restaurants etc without the need for a vehicle. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Quest Macquarie Park to anyone. The uncomfortable bed, inadequate soundproofing, and poor room maintenance make it a regrettable choice even for a short stay. The hotel's condition and service fell far below acceptable standards, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
The room we had stayed in was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed from kitchen utilises to toiletries and built in laundry facilities. I especially liked their shampoo and conditioner. Check in was smooth and quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff recommended a great dinner place in the area as well. We went to the Governor in Macquarie Park and had an excellent time. The location is great with plenty of public transport and next to the Macquarie shopping centre which had everything else wanted. My stay at Quest Macquarie Park Hotel was overall excellent and the staff there went above and beyond. I look forward to staying over there again!!
I haven't stayed at Quest. But I can see its beauty from outside. I also spent some time in Ground Level. It looks elegant. Fully cleaned and shining. The staff at reception seems welcoming and smiling. I hope I would afford to spend one day in this hotel in future!!!
