All things excellent. Stayed overnight in a 1 bed apartment to visit family in the area. Greeted very pleasantly and shown where everything was. Room was nice and tidy, quiet and everything felt pretty new. Checking in and out was a breeze, nice and close to everything in Maitland central. Would stay again and easily recommended.

This accomodation is the best ive stayed in for a very long time. Large rooms complete kitchen and full size fridge and very new. Staff are very helpful and the best part for me is that my pooch could also enjoy it with me because it's pet freindly. Only downside is there is only parking on the street which is restricted to half hour so a little frustrating.

Exceptionally clean and tidy room with a great layout, smart TV, and a handy kitchenette. The check-in process was super fast and easy, and the staff were genuinely lovely. The location was perfect for a short overnight stay. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the pillow – but only because not everything can be 100%! Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay again.

Had a long stay in a beautiful studio apartment, amenities were first class, used the laundry which was free, and more than adequate. Coffee machine was a bonus and well used. Also thanks to the staff after I had a fall in the foyer, totally my fault, they were very helpful, and rendered first aid. Im sorry I didnt get any names. We will definitely be back.

Don't get an east-facing room, you will be hearing car tyre skids at 11pm on a Sunday. Mattress seemed a bit cheap. Otherwise great modern spacious ppce with well above average facilities.
