The reception staff didn’t pick up my room service call and didn’t call me back at well. No slipper and teeth brush can provided. No face tissue paper provides in the living room. No cups for my teeth brush in the bathroom. Only one toilet even I am living two bedrooms apartment. Early checkout time (10am) than expected Have cockroach at midnight in my room No pet cleaning stuffs inside the room if have any emergency. The most important thing is the reception staffs on 30th Dec afternoon attitude not good which I expected. And the card holder Room name was wrong (I’m not called Roza to be honest…)

This accomodation is the best ive stayed in for a very long time. Large rooms complete kitchen and full size fridge and very new. Staff are very helpful and the best part for me is that my pooch could also enjoy it with me because it's pet freindly. Only downside is there is only parking on the street which is restricted to half hour so a little frustrating.

These apartments are located centrally in Maitland. We stayed in a studio apartment that was perfect for our overnight stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The coffee machine was a great bonus! It’s an ideal choice for family trips, and its location makes visiting nearby wineries very convenient. Situated right in the heart of Maitland, the hotel is surrounded by shopping, dining, and leisure options. The riverside walkway was perfect for morning and evening dog walks. We stayed with our pet, and the pet fee was very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience!We drove from Brisbane to Melbourne and stayed at this hotel once on our way there and again on our return trip. The price difference between the two stays was significant. We hope the hotel can maintain more consistent pricing in the future.

We have stayed in Punthill Maitland for almost 3 weeks. We had a great time there. It’s newly built and meet all our expectations. The rooms are very nicely designed and spacious,with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Private parking in a closed garage is available too and is very convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants,coffees,supermarkets and beauty salons in walking distance. When we arrived the hotel manager Liam welcomed us personally and showed us around the hotel. He was very kind and helpful just like the rest of the staff! Highly recommend this place!
