All things excellent. Stayed overnight in a 1 bed apartment to visit family in the area. Greeted very pleasantly and shown where everything was. Room was nice and tidy, quiet and everything felt pretty new. Checking in and out was a breeze, nice and close to everything in Maitland central. Would stay again and easily recommended.

Exceptionally clean and tidy room with a great layout, smart TV, and a handy kitchenette. The check-in process was super fast and easy, and the staff were genuinely lovely. The location was perfect for a short overnight stay. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the pillow – but only because not everything can be 100%! Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay again.

Staff were awesome, pet friendly which was a must for us! Modern amenities and convenient with near by shop. Highly recommend, especially for those with pets and requiring a longer stay!!

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The coffee machine was a great bonus! It’s an ideal choice for family trips, and its location makes visiting nearby wineries very convenient. Situated right in the heart of Maitland, the hotel is surrounded by shopping, dining, and leisure options. The riverside walkway was perfect for morning and evening dog walks. We stayed with our pet, and the pet fee was very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience!We drove from Brisbane to Melbourne and stayed at this hotel once on our way there and again on our return trip. The price difference between the two stays was significant. We hope the hotel can maintain more consistent pricing in the future.

I love a serviced apartment, that is still jam packed with amenities. The staff were incredible and helpful with all our requests and the location is perfect for a bit if a hunter valley escape but also if you want to go to Newcastle or surrounds.
