Was lucky enough to catch a match here between the Swans and Giants and it was a heck of a comeback to witness firsthand!! Great vibes, fair prices (compared to American stadiums), and overall just had an absolute blast seeing a footie game again for the first time in 10+ years. Getting out of the stadium was definitely pretty time consuming as everyone is filtering back to the trains but I wouldn’t say it’s anything that’s way worse than most sports stadiums especially for a big game. Highly recommend catching a game here!
The Sydney Cricket Ground tour was a peaceful experience on a non-match day. The small museum featured interesting items like players' jerseys, offering a glimpse into cricket history. The weather was perfect, and with the tram station just minutes away, the visit was smooth and enjoyable—a great spot for cricket fans.
The views from my front seat were excellent. The energy from the crowd was palpable, with passionate fans enhancing the excitement of the game. The facilities were first-rate, and the overall ambiance made for a memorable day of cricket. Experiencing a high-stakes World Cup maych at such a legendary venue was truly special.
Great seats and the halftime music was excellent very picturesque. The only issue was everyone is crammed trying to leave as everyone has to go out on the one side of the stadium took us at least 10 minutes locked in with everyone. Other than that great well done
Watching an India match at the Sydney Cricket Ground was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was electric, with passionate fans and vibrant energy filling the stadium. The well-maintained facilities and excellent sightlines ensured a fantastic view of the action. The SCG beautifully combines tradition and modernity, making it a must-visit for any cricket enthusiast.
