Having stayed here last time 2 years ago nothing has changed, the bed is comfortable, room is clean and the staff are friendly. My room had a great view of the racetrack and beyond. The rooms are quite affordable compared to other available hotels in the area. I will be back here in future visits.

We had an amazing dinner last night at Rydges Bathurst restaurant, And the staff were fantastic warm and welcoming ,Specially Chef Abby who had chat with us and cooked our meals was great experience. We had Garlic prawns & lamb chops ,food was impeccable, delicious and gorgeously presented. The atmosphere was convivial and inviting. We certainly be back for great food and service.

We stayed here last week. We had a balcony room on level 4, We had a view of the racetrack. Room was huge with kitchen and lounge area and king bed. The bed was really soft and uncomfortable. The shower leaked all over the floor. I think the hallways need recarpeting and painting. We paid a bit for the room only because the dont have walk in showers for the cheaper rooms. I felt pushed to pay that to get what i needed. It was a great view though.

Great views if you’re there for the races, nice room, average food and so-so service. They aren’t geared up to provide full service for guests in quiet periods. Room service not operating on a Sunday night and the out of season staff are seriously lacking training.

The rooms are beautiful, however the staff make your stay the ultimate experience. Every staff member I have interacted with has been extremely friendly and helpful. It's an absolute delight to stay here.
