Located at 11 Montgomery Street, Mount Victoria, Hotel Etico is Australia’s first social enterprise hotel. Our Independence Program employs and trains young people with disability, providing them with hospitality and independent living skills allowing them to achieve their independence goals. Hotel Etico offers your team a unique experience through the interaction with our trainees. Our team at The Funding Network stayed at Hotel Etico this Monday. We had a planning day and we enjoyed the excellent service from the staff. The rooms were spacious clean and loved the ambience of the hotel. A great breakfast and wished we could have spent more time soaking up the sun on the verandah. We had a wonderful time last Friday night at Hotel Etico, we came for cocktails which were amazing, and dinner - delicious, and to listen to Australia's only "old time fiddle band" who were absolutely extraordinary. As usual the service was warm and friendly, the ambience cozy and relaxed. I can't praise Hotel Etico enough for always providing a fabulous night out.

An absolutely enchanting hotel, steeped in history and unique character. A warm welcome followed by excellent and caring service. Our dining experience began with cosy drinks by the fireplace, the meals were superb especially the lamb’s shoulder that melted in my mouth. A wonderful ambiance throughout. We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay and will definitely be back. Well done to all staff. Bravo!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Etico and will definitely be back! The food at the restaurant was amazing, particularly the beef shoulder was unbelievably delicious. The hotel is grand and very romantic with fireplaces throughout. We had a drink before dinner sitting in front of a fireplace and immediately said we’d be back. The room was very comfortable with heated blankets and crisp linen. The buffet breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety (hot food, continental, fruit, pastries etc). We felt so relaxed after our stay and recommended it to all our friends and family!

A cosy experience inside a grand old home. Cocktails at the bar with a great log fire first. Some live music on our Friday night. Then good meals at good prices. Wait staff are attentive and welcoming. Enjoyable time in a striking old stately Fairfax home. Unique in the Mountains
