Noah’s on the Beach is a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Newcastle. It is in the prime location with Newcastle Beach directly across the road. Because of this the views are breathtaking on the beach side and the city side which has a view of the foreshore and beautiful buildings. This hotel has kind , friendly and helpful staff who work in the restaurant, bar, reception, room attendants and maintenance. All employees go above and beyond for the guests, nothing is too much for them. The rooms are immaculate, fresh, well stocked amenities, and clean. The room attendants obviously have a keen eye for attention to details. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not get a better view in this prime part of the city.
My partner and I just celebrated our anniversary here and honestly, what a place. Dinner was incredible, and at one point we had our own little dolphin show right outside, they were just surfing the waves. It was one of those moments you don't forget. The bed deserves its own mention. I never sleep past 7am and I was dead to the world until 10. Says it all really. The location is just perfect, beach on your doorstep and the Baths a short walk away. But what really stuck with me was the staff. I had a last-minute job interview pop up and without any fuss they sorted us a late checkout so I could make it work. On our anniversary weekend. That kind of thing genuinely means a lot. Can't recommend it enough. We'll be back.
NOAH’S on the Beach was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were genuinely warm and hospitable, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the ocean view was phenomenal. Watching both the sunrise and sunset made it even more special. The beach, light rail, supermarket and plenty of restaurants are all just a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again soon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle.
I stayed here a few weeks ago while myself and a few members of my family made a short trip to Newcastle from Sydney. In actuality, we were actually here on a sort of bereavement holiday, after we had, at the time, just recently lost our beloved family pet, who was a family member to us. She loved the beach, so thought it fitting to stay near Newcastle beach, which she had never been to. As you can imagine, it truly was an emotional stay. However, the staff were so kind during our stay—during check-in, the buffet breakfast, and check-out—that we felt comforted, in a way. The rooms were clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the bathrooms were. We were even surprised during check-in, when they upgraded our rooms. The staff did this without ever knowing what we were going through, too. I do think that the rooms/furnishings/ammenities need serious upgrading, especially the TV speakers, but they have everything you might need. They don't have microwaves in the room we stayed in, so you might have to keep that in mind if that's something you're looking out for. Breakfast was also really good. The juice was not great, tasting sour, but I enjoy having sunny-side up eggs, which you could order from the kitchen. The best part was being in such proximity to the beach. It's a gorgeous place, and I'd like to visit again in the future. And the fact that the TVs had a good selection of films to binge at night. Thanks to NOAH's on the beach staff for unknowingly making our time in Newcastle so memorable. I'll always remember my stay here fondly.
My family stayed at Noah's 6 adults and 2 teenagers for the Anzac dawn service. From booking over the phone to the time we left was fantastic. The price was fantastic which included buffet breakfast which was also fantastic with plenty of choice and staff couldn't be more helpful. The lady that took our booking and was on reception when we arrived and left (I apologise I cannot remember her name) was amazing and nothing was too much for her. She even gave me a upgrade to a ocean view room which was amazing 😍 (rest of the family were very jealous 😉) I highly recommend a stay at Noah's on the beach 🙂
