There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Harlequin Inn and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:

- Number of people attending
- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)

- Food and beverage / catering requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Harlequin Inn to check:

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Harlequin Inn to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

EDINBURGH ROOM - ENTIRE FLOOR

The Edinburgh Room offers one of the largest spaces in Pyrmont for functions. It has its own private full-service bar, smoking balcony, outdoor seating and BBQ area as well! Whether you want to host an event or just have some drinks with friends this place will make it happen. Additional facilities include a cordless microphone + 2 wired mics, iPod music connectivity, entertainment and a dance area. It is everything you want for a large function, with a maximum capacity of 140 people for a seated event and up to 300 people for a cocktail-style function. 

EDINBURGH SOUTH

Ideal for hosting your next party, the Edinburgh South area of our venue is a popular choice. With its own private pool table and bar to enjoy drinks in addition to all AV equipment needed - this space can accommodate up to 150 people standing!

EDINBURGH NORTH

The Edinburgh North function space at the top of the stairs offers a private bar and pool table for your convenience. This area can accommodate up to 150 people standing, so it's perfect if you're hosting an office party or just looking to get together with friends!

LOUNGE BAR

Come to our ground-floor lounge bar for an ice-cold beer (any of the 19 available), and a snack or meal. You'll be surrounded by friendly staff members who are eager to help you decide what's fresh this week! If sitting inside is not your idea of relaxation, then grab a chair on the sidewalk or in our beer garden. But be quick – these spots fill up quickly!

Harlequin Inn can cater for groups of 20 to 300 people.
