Chef Dany Karam creates classically inspired menus influenced by contemporary European cuisine. The main restaurant dining room is sleek and streamlined, with huge door-to-ceiling windows.

Walking into the restaurant was an experience in itself, setting the tone for an exceptional service that awaited us. The ambiance was vibrant, filled with the sounds of laughter and clinking glasses, creating an inviting atmosphere. As we settled in, we were eager to explore the menu, and the food did not disappoint. We had a delightful selection of starters and mains that showcased the chef's creativity and skill. Each dish was a testament to their full capabilities, bursting with flavors that danced on our palates. But the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the desserts. Each sweet treat was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and utterly delicious. It was the perfect way to conclude our dining experience. The layout of the restaurant was equally impressive, near the harbour that added to the overall charm. The combination of exquisite food, attentive service, and a breathtaking setting made for an unforgettable evening. Elegant restaurant perfect for function, or business meetings. Excellent bar and wine selection, everything is professional and of high quality standard. The steaks are the highlight dish but also seafood is top quality. Price is expensive but in line with the fine dine level. Every year we have here our Company Xmas party and we are always very satisfied. We will be back again next year, I could not recommend a better place. The walk around Sydney by night is breathtaking. You will not be disappointed.

Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect, this place is officially my new favorite restaurant! Huge shoutout to Role for being so sweet and accommodating. It’s hard to pick just a few recommendations because every dish was incredible. The steak and seafood is the best.

Black Bar & Grill truly lives up to its reputation with its incredible steaks – no exaggeration here! And the desserts YUMM! It's the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff are amazing, and a big shout-out to Sam, who strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. And of course, hats off to the talented chefs! WORST SERVICE! We booked for a 9:15pm dinner sitting which was a very bad experience due to poor service and how badly we were rushed. Not sure why they even accept late bookings when they plan to push guests to rush their meal and in a very rude manner. Our group of 5 were also told only food needed to be ordered the minute we arrived but we could order drinks through the meal. The minute we sat and ordered our food and first round of drinks we were told we had to order all the drinks now for the rest of the dinner (this was at 9:45) and that would be poured and put on our table in advance but we could only have one drink at a time but also had to rush eating n leave so staff could go home . This was the MOST RIDICULOUS service I have every experience in my life. First time in my 25 year dining experience I did not tip. Food taste was not bad or very good, just average. But no complaints. However the service was shockingly bad!
