Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:

- Event type

- Number of people attending

- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)

- Budget (per person or total)

- Room layout

- Food and beverage / catering requirements

- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at The Homestead Centennial Park Sydney to check:

1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?

2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Centennial Homestead to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

This venue's many formal and casual indoor spaces are perfect to hold weddings or corporate events while their outdoor areas provide an ideal backdrop with plenty of room available in order to accommodate long lunches as well cocktails under the stars during canapé evenings that will leave your guests feeling inspired afterwards!

Centennial Homestead is attached to Centennial Parklands, which means you can walk out the gates and immediately feel like you're in nature. Your guests will love walking around the parkland grounds, especially if they want to escape for a moment or two during your event!

The following are the event spaces available for hire at Centennial Homestead:

Kitchen - Come to Centennial Homestead and enjoy a casual dinner in our kitchen, where you can wine and dine amidst nature's beauty. The Kitchen can be rented as an exclusive hire with Wisteria Room and is available for cocktails receptions at any time of day! You will have plenty of dance floor area too if that's what it suits - this venue offers flexibility like no other.

Garden - The possibilities at your outdoor event are endless, where you can enjoy casual dining in the sunlight. Whether you're throwing a garden party, social soiree or game day there's plenty of space to mingle and enjoy the company!

Wisteria - Wisteria Room offers an elegant and understated alternative for those looking to give their event a touch of luxury. The space is premium, with hints/ influences from vintage styles that will make it feel like you're at one big wedding or party in the park!

Centennial Park is a great location with a wide range of restaurants, cafe places, as well as barbecue facilities and picnic areas galore, and one of which is the Centennial Homestead. The menu at the Centennial Parklands Homestead is a mix of fresh honest food with a twist on traditional home-cooked favourites, perfect for your next lunch or brunch! The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including roast beef, lamb, pork and chicken. There are also several vegetarian options available, including grilled halloumi with cherry tomato, roasted pumpkin and stuffed capsicum. As for dessert, there's a delicious range of sweet treats to choose from, including sticky date pudding, chocolate torte and crème brûlée.

Centennial Homestead is open during the following hours: 

-Kitchen: Monday to Sunday - 8 AM to 3 PM

-Pantry: Monday to Sunday - 8 AM to 4 PM

-Kitchen/Garden/Wisteria Room: Available for functions daily

Yes, your dogs are more than welcome on the Pantry deck, Kitchen deck, or in our garden. When they're at the tables with you, please keep them on a leash and off the chairs.

The Entrance is via Robertson Gates off Lang Road, or Darley Road off Alison Road. Customers and guests can park anywhere near the venue, as parking is free.
